I'm so proud to be Dutch that we are holding the record for the only country that has participated in all editions of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, without ever withdrawing!
My Top 21. I judge on how much I like the song as well as the professionality of their performance on the big night: 1. 2011 - My WINNER for that year! Also one of my fav JESC entries of all-time. 2. 2009 - My third-place that year. It knew how to stand out. 3. 2019 - My third-place that year. Matheu is a pro. 4. 2020 - My third-place that year. The song was what we needed in what was a tough year for all. 5. 2023 - My third-place that year. The two have good chemistry. 6. 2022 - Loaded with bubbly energy. 7. 2007 - My second-place that year. I still get excited knowing I'm watching the future OG3NE! 8. 2012 - Cute but not overly cutesy. She delivers well. 9. 2016 - Would've been Top 3 but their performance was a bit off that night. 10. 2014 - Very energetic song, but you could tell a cold was affecting her voice. 11. 2010 - A fun energetic song. 12. 2017 - Their performance was off that night and robbed all their winning chances. 13. 2006 - Very good bluesy performance. 14. 2015 - A good performance, but a reminder why Netherlands should not send ballads. 15. 2003 - A boring song, but one of the better performances of that year. 14. 2005 - My second-place that year, but doesn't measure up to the Netherlands' later entries. 15. 2021 - Doing it too sweet and angelic are actually losing edges at Junior Eurovision. 16. 2008 - Too forgettable. 19. 2013 - Too cutesy for my liking. 20. 2018 - So sweet, it's saccharine. 21. 2004 - Who else misheard them say "High As A Kite?"
Oh this brings back some memories. I have no idea whether I agree with your ranking, for me the fact that I have a much stronger opinion about the songs between 2009 and 2015 because that was the time I actually watched it (mostly focusing on the national qualification btw, the international competition felt more like an afterthought to me as a child).

If I decided the results of Junior Eurovision, the Netherlands would amass one win, two seconds and four thirds!
