I completely agree with what u said. I also think that the cardigan music video is so perfect to summarize all of folklore. With this album, it was during corona and she was daydreaming about all these stories and situations. So being at home and then going to this wonderland and struggling with quarantine or these depressing stories and then coming back home. The picture of the man was her grandfather which is a reverence to epiphany. I think the house is meant to be holiday house from the last great American dynasty. The willow music video also references a lot of songs from folklore. E.g., the kids scene references “seven”. The witch scene references “mad woman”. When she’s in a box that references “mirrorball”. And the whole theme of the gold string and finding her man is a reference to “invisible string”

The guy from the willow was one of her dancers, I think from her Red tour. You did an outstanding job, it all becomes easier once you learn more about Taylor. Was willow in her mind when she made the music video, Mean, there is a sign on the windmill that says willow and in her MV "Begin Again" she is under a willow tree. I find that very interesting.
