      @@wothin Yeah right. Biggest nuclear disaster in peace time and they tried to cover it up both internally and externally. Because regardless of what happened and how terrible the consequences are, you can never allow socialism and communism to be seen in a bad light. Real mature. (And this was the communist way of dealing with practically everything.) Maturity begins with the ability to admit that you were wrong.

    Well he got China completely wrong! Exported Coronavirus and sunk few Vietnamese boats, and invaded indian territory in north ladhakh, Forced security law on to Hong-Kong population, disputing Japanese Islands, Hambantot a red herring is now chinese port in exchange for unpaid debt... Taiwan rejected Chinese overtures of two system seeing what happened to Hong-Kong...... July 2020. his book will need new edition to update or new book title. Not aged well

    • @wothin
      @wothin 4 роки тому +2

      Did he?
      You are just a sensationalist who doesn't understand geopolitics.
      Corona virus could have started everywhere. Compared to the West, which was claiming rather proudly that they would not be affected by the virus as much because of their health care systems, China managed it well. If you somehow think that China created this virus and then exported it on purpose, you might have more problems than simply not understanding geopolitics, you probably also do not understand biology
      China sinking vietnamese boats? It probably happened in the territory which they claim is theirs.
      There was no invasion of Ladhakh. There were skirmishes and both sides could have started it.
      How is the security law in HK relevant to anything?
      Those Japanese islands are disputed since more than 50 years. China disputes those islands the same way Japan disputes those islands.
      The port part. So what exactly?
      Taiwan may say what it wants, but it doesn't change that Taiwan is dependent on China and this will only increase in the future. Can can already make or break Taiwan's economy. This will increase in the future. More and more people will prefer close relations over not so close ones, because they would like to maintain their standard of living.
      What you described is called tensions. That doesn't change the overall picture.

      @@wothin, could have would have should have ! Learn some grammer yes anywhere! Is same as nowhere. In court of law evidence is scientific, or historical or witnessed and weighted. Did happen did occur was witnessed. Criminal doesn't go to court with guilty plea 1sf rule of law dont admit to anything. Hence anywhere! Everywhere somewhere. All the religions and cultures other than Hinduism originated at different points of time, either internally within Indian geography (like Sikhism) or from outside (Islam or Christianity). Otherwise, India is originally, a Hindu civilization. That said, of course, all the cultures and religions coexist in India.
