As it has been settled by the court, the title should read: "I sued my Sister for a crime she did not commit as a child" as "I sued my Sister for a crime she committed as a child" would be accusing her of being guilty. Though it has been decided she is not.
Be careful, she could sue you about this, your family has a record of doing this decades later.

I mean, the terms "sue" and "crime" doesn't go in the same sentence. Max has completely mixed civil and criminal elements together. i.e. Civil cases don't determine guilt but instead liability, civil proceedings are also generally not decided by a jury. Also English judges don't use a gavel.

    • @jessthomas3910

I mean the whole lawsuit was clearly fake as no way a lawyer would represent someone who didn't even know was hired for them nor of the trial at request of person hiring who also happened to be the prosecution. It's extremely unethical. Civil cases in the UK don't have a Jury, never mind the fact a court wouldn't of allowed filming in the first place. Only the Judge during sentencing and final remarks may be filmed.

Because at this point, she'll always be super suspicious if you EVER ask her to do anything or be available on any date. I think her paranoia would probably mean she'd always look over her shoulder for what happens next when it's all actually just a nice day spent with your sister for once.
