    I make this recipe multiple times a year. I use yukon gold potatoes and a mix of heavy cream and whole milk. I also use a whole bulb of garlic cut in half. I think the infusion is definitely worth it - just needs to sit for longer! Great video!

    Fun procedural and looks delicious! What about gold potatoes? My mother started using them a few years ago for roasting and she loves them, but I don't know how they will turn out mashed.
