@@mahima1872 I'm not very good at explaining but basically, I first write my booster affirmations and then the affirmations for the topic. different subliminal makers have different ways to write affirmations but this is my method. I write all the benefits down on a seperate note or in a book. I try to group all the benefits into different section eg: skin tone, complextion, get rid of ___ , immune to ___ and write the affirmations in that order. I didn't do this in my currently uploaded subliminals but now I repeat each line for about 3 times. first, the basic affirmations like ''I have'' or "my ___ is'' then the ''why'' and gratitude affirmations. I copy paste all that and change words like "my" or ''I'' to ''your'' and ''you''. I copy paste all the affirmations and exaggerate them by using words such as ''definitely'' and ''extremely''. I proof read it to check for any mistakes and I try not to put any negative words like ''not'' or ''unable''. tip: using simpler affirmations instead of super complex ones gives faster results! I hope I helped!
