Staying up all night, finishing that huge end-of-semester project. You've been listening to Daft Punk's entire discography to fuel you through the night. It's 5AM, the sun's going to rise soon and it's violently storming outside, but you only know because lightning is flashing in through your windows, the music is too loud to hear. This track underscores what made Daft Punk so special-they could have made songs that sound only like this and we would have been accepting and joyfully welcomed their creations into the world… but they didn’t stop here. They continued to sonically push the boundaries of the genre and by doing so transcended what was previously thought possible. My hat is forever off to this track and to Daft Punk.
I’m gonna be “Daftendirekt” with this, when i was young, and I couldn’t find something on the radio i would go to channel “WDPK 83.7 FM" and this band would play my fav song “Revolution 909" “Da Funk” these guys would bring was like a “Phœnix” if it would die out, it would crawl back up again, there music is “Fresh”, and people like to listen to it “Around the world” They would leave concerts “Rollin” & Scratchin” out, even my “Teachers” like Daft Punk, they would say that they had “High Fidelity” in their music, even my dad liked it, he would go “Oh Yeah” when one of their songs played, i’ll never forgot how he saved when my house was “Burnin” down, whenever i was at the “Indo Silver Club” i would ask the DJ to play one of their songs, and everyone felt “Alive” on the dance floor listening to them.

It's 120₹ roughly 1.4 dollars.
For a family function I had to sift through hundreds of photos through dozens of folders across 3 laptops.
The entire playthrough of Homework really made it enjoyable.
I can imagine a seriously animated scene of just space and everything within space as we know it
Def one of their most underrated tracks, it's so hypnotic and badass
Rip les gars merci pour tout ça.
Fantastique sound.
Wait, if "alive" is a remix of "the new wave" is that why they call their concerts "alive". because they are a remix of their old songs. IE their old songs are "alive" again.
OMG, MAYBE UR RIGHT!! WE HAVE A GENIUS HERE!!
woolfoma actually alive 1997 was actually the daftendirekt tour because it stands for “daft live” which means that daft punk is playing live
Nope, it's because it's being played a-_"live"._ Get it? Seriously, though, I'm pretty sure that's basically what the joke is.
I think they just had a play of words that LIVE and ALIVE are very similar, and ALIVE was one of their songs
Oh my. I dont know what I'm more surprised by. What you just mentioned. Or that it took me that long to see this comment. Considering how many times I listen to this song. Video in particular.
this is one of favourite songs they every made with every second a new instrument piles on and it is so coherent and it makes you feel "alive."
BEST SONG OF DAFT PUNK EVER MADE!!
2:06, yeeeeeeee baebyyyyyyyyyyy
gehört, geliebt und nie vergessen !
heard, loved and never forgotten !
*_This reminds me of the indescribable but interesting world from my dreams that has everything I want and everything goes the way I want it to, full of adventure._*
I've never felt so *alive.*
This is a great track
literally could be a badass theme
Its the best songs from all
Specials✨
This is my favorite Daft Punk song by far !!! This shit is insane to my ears
Some delicious techno sounds in there..!
I’m gonna be “Daftendirekt” with this, when i was young, and I couldn’t find something on the radio i would go to channel “WDPK 83.7 FM" and this band would play my fav song “Revolution 909" “Da Funk” these guys would bring was like a “Phœnix” if it would die out, it would crawl back up again, there music is “Fresh”, and people like to listen to it “Around the world” They would leave concerts “Rollin” & Scratchin” out, even my “Teachers” like Daft Punk, they would say that they had “High Fidelity” in their music, even my dad liked it, he would go “Oh Yeah” when one of their songs played, i’ll never forgot how he saved when my house was “Burnin” down, whenever i was at the “Indo Silver Club” i would ask the DJ to play one of their songs, and everyone felt “Alive” on the dance floor listening to them.
then you went on a drive home listening to “WDPK 83.7 FM” and then a “Funk Ad” Popped up
Bruh just made a story with homework title names
I'm assuming that your dad's favorite music genre is usually "Rock'N Roll", but you helped introduced him to EDM.
Ah, you gotta love this track.
This is the hardest beat i've ever heard, not joking. Turn this up on a good soundsystem and it'll blast you in another friggin dimension!!!
