I love this mock tuna alternative recipe and the almond bread. i never thought to use sunflower seeds since most vegan tuna recipes use chickpeas. this looks absolutely delicious!

I just made this and couldn’t stop eating it. I do eat raw and currently transitioning into solid food from a long juice cleanse... this is day 141. Only thing I did was add some olive oil and what I feel is a must for tuna is diced green olives... my God how incredible this is. Thank you for your amazing creativity and these videos that help us learn more about creating raw meals. You are wonderful 🙏🏼💜🇨🇦

WHATS most important is that when you take this journey, raw “living” food activates your " light" body and changes your entire physical , mental and spiritual makeup because it has “life-force energy, cooked food is dead food. Food has become a detriment (because we have fallen for the lies and deception of evil Men/Corporations, medical institutions etc.) and food has also become a major ATTACHMENT. I can go on and on. Fasting is even more important than eating. One thing to keep in mind with these raw food recipes, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HYDRATING ENOUGH. And eat plenty of fruits. Love and blessings. I must say that I love the name AHIMSA, im going to assume that you know it means " non violence".
