1:12 I have NEVER seen a DA get in front of press and make such extremely biased statements, it’s truly shocking. Additionally, now that we know about those letters and their content, it is unconscionable for him to do that. He was made aware in no uncertain terms that US Attorney does not agree with his assessment so for him to quadruple down and continue to perpetuate his narrative without so much as considering holding off until he knows more is unethical and I hope ultimately the Bar gets ahold of all of this. I am so angry!!

I'm also curious why the yard and house were Not locked down when a dead Police Officer was killed on the property? Why was there Not a search warrant for the home? Everyone in that house should of been investigated!
Because Brian Albert was a Boston Cop, Michael Proctor his very close friend and neighbor (down the street) came to the scene. He knew exactly what was happening and knew exactly what to do to prevent anyone in that house from getting arrested and or charged for Officer John Okeefes death.

Holy crap. You’d think DA Morrissey may realize how downright paranoid he sounds? Feds read his letter & said, “Hello projection. No way are we dropping it now.”
Morrissey also said stated as a fact that John's phone never went inside the residence when Proctor never ordered the geofencing for iPhones only for Android knowing the victim in the suspect themselves both had iPhones as well as the only witness to hand over their phone all iPhones yet no geofence data for the iPhones was done. So why would he make the extraordinary public statement that he did and state that as that was an absolute fact!!

Grew up in Quincy, Morrissey's power goes back generations. In addition, Auntie Bev grew up in Quincy. Her brother defended CA in his hit & run fatality. Others also grew up in Quincy. These people/families go way back for generations!!

Yes, Proctor was there, he held the investigation off until he got the car back to Canton. He traveled the day before to a Police Officer's funeral in N.Y. Then, he's a no show at Officer John O'Keefe's funeral? Never comes out of house? Must of had injuries, imo!! RIP Officer John O'Keefe!

I have been thinking that since day 1. They did not treat his death as if he was an officer they don't address him as an officer of law at all anywhere. It's saddening. It all makes me think back to the rumors he knew something about them he was going to tell. He was a good guy he took in his niece and nephew what man does that. A GOOD MAN! There aren't many left. RIP Officer John O'Keefe 🙏

Our family dog bit me in the face when I was 9 suddenly when I pet it when it had a toy. I was very lucky she didn’t hit an eye nerve, one of the bites was about a centimeter away from losing my eyesight! I have 3 scars from it still and had 32 stitches. The dog was put down the next day as it was her third bite incident in a year. Anyway, my point is that my wounds look and looked so similar to jphn’s arm. You are correct that ER doctors have seen many dog bite injuries and are likely the best at identifying them vs others.

Massachusetts resident here (99% in Norfolk county) and I want to just point out a couple of things...1) John o'Keefe was found on the front lawn of the Albert home and not in the street, 2) Michael Morrissey doesn't care about Karen read's defense team receiving the exculpatory discovery in the case, he just wants to know what the feds have on him, 3) Shame MA doesn't have the DP as we have many cases crying out for it (Walshe, Clancy etc)...

Let's assume Lally is not corrupt for a second. Who is telling him to delay delay delay? Is this normal behavior for a prosecutor? Shouldn't he be looked into?

I watched this on replay and want to thank you for going over the letters with us! I also want to thank you for recognizing the fact that they never refer to him as Officer John O'Keefe. That makes me so mad. I had posted on FB about it the other day and now I feel validated that others feel the same way. Absolutely no respect for him at all. On another note, I wonder what the Feds think of the Red Solo Cups!

Hey Mel, one of the first things we were taught in the criminal investigation course was that if you didn’t document it, it didn’t happen ! Are there times where stuff gets missed, left off a report because another case took priority, yes absolutely but that’s why you go over your case file before handing anything over to the DA and that’s why there’s Det Sqd Supervisors. Yes usually SDS sits in an office and lets the Dets work the scenes and signs off on the paperwork but occasionally they have to actually read the paperwork !
The "Hello friends" made me think of Mr. Rogers. The Ms. Rogers of legal analysis. You do keep it classy while providing the best break down of what might be going on with this case. Thank you for covering this.
Every person inside that house should be prosecuted for perjury. The phone data proves he was in that house. I don't think anyone will ever be charged or convicted due to the misconduct during the investigation...free Karen Read.
In this case, I think(?) there'd have to be a trial, first - and the phone data verified during said trial - for perjury charges to be meted out.
Let's be honest. Morrissey represents the State. And the State will do what it likes. None of us will do anything about it. Thank God the people heard about Karen because this stuff happens everyday at every level.

Broken tailgate pieces are from another car as a cover up… and set up # FREE KAREN !
There was no tailgate pieces it was a taillight. She backed into John’s car in the drive way during the snow storm. Proctor probably went by the house and picked up the pieces and used them for “evidence “ It was reported that he went back to the scene on five different occasions.
@@Alienspecies635well now it’s been proven that the car never impacted his body at all. There are dogbites on his arm and a giant whack across the top back of his head. The car had zero evidence of having hit anything at all. The taillight was probably smashed in the sallyport and the pieces staged. But there’s no evidence they were even at the scene.

I hate the hypocrisy in politics. I can’t even watch the news anymore because I can’t trust what I am being told. We have Supreme Court Justices who are accepting thousands (millions actually) of dollars from donors. Tom Cotton should be screaming about that too but he doesn’t benefit from that. 🤬
I don’t care which side of the aisle you are on, just be an honest person. Just tell the truth and don’t bend the rules for your friends. Rant over. We need a house cleaning from top to bottom.

I hope I can finish the last hour of this video. I have been catching up on this trial. This video has answered a lot of questions I have about this case. I am leaning in favor of the defendant, but if the CW can show me evidence, my mind can be changed. If it looks to me that the CW manufactured evidence to frame KR, I will remain in the KR camp.
Wait because she resigned she still gets her benefits? Why would she still get benefits if she left the job?! Massachusetts is insane.

100%. It's a traditional term of respect in some courthouses. It's like - we may be on opposite sides of a trial, but we're united in our effort to uphold Democracy and Justice.
