Chris was an amazing guitarist.. sometimes it gets overlooked because of his absolute insane vocals.. but he was an incredible player as well.. RIP Chris!!!
This song musically is an obvious rehash of the Screaming Life track Nothing to Say penned by Kim Thayil, so Im surprised he didn't get a credit for it
This song has been in my head for the last 2 months & ive been watching Soundgarden play this Live on UA-cam over & over. So I decided I wanted to learn it & cane to you. Thanks a million for showing both the rhythm & lead sections b/c I’m more of a rhythm player. Fantastic tutorial brother!
Again -- learning songs to go play with Kim Thayil and Jerry Cantrel in L.A. in two weeks and doing a crash course in learning songs so I can jam with them -- and this is one of them -- thanks so much brother, you are the man! Much love from Texas!
That was one of the best lessons I've ever seen, honestly, and your tone was fucking on point. I'm glad I listened through the rambling.... LMAO.... I never subscribe to anything, I've only done it twice before, you I'm subscribing to. Thank you for your earthly time my friend... PS don't keep that amp a secret, I'll search the videos and find out...
Th SG and LP are pretty similar in sound. I also used the VST Plug In Guitar Rig and used my ears to dial in the sound as close as possible to the original.

He blew my mind live solo. Chord changing and singing. Wow

Saddens me to think of the hard reality that I'll never see Soundgarden again.
Be thankful you have! Fav band that I never got to see

Do you have that sheet music available anywhere? I’m playing with a guitar sound on keyboard..Or the backing track?
Awesome tutorial, I've been wanting to learn this song. Thanks and what setup did you use for the sound? Sounds great.
How do you do the intro where it's just the bass playing and the guitar makes those weird noises?
Where you been bro
WOW!
Thanks for tutorial! :)
You the man👍

Funny I don't remember Chris playing guitar on this tour? I don't remember Chris playing guitar until Black Hole Sun.
He played and sang rusty cage. To me, that's near impossible
