I'm 226, 5 foot 9 and it seems like not alot of food at first but you can put plenty in it to be full and not want more. On rare occasions I have had extra but not alot. Hope that helps. Not paid to say this but I still use it daily at work.

Yes sir, I use it at my job every day. It's currently not hunting season but during my hunts I plan to use it.

How long does it take to change?

You mean charge? I think it's 4 hours. I don't remember exactly because I just plug it in and forget it. Still using it daily. Awesome product.

Thanks for posting this, man. It was very helpful. I'm an instructor for Commercial driving training, industrial safety and forklift training. I've been eating sandwiches or buying fast food for lunch because we don't have access to the customer's break areas. I had to eat healthier and save money, so something had to change for me. Once I get to a location, I normally can't get back to my car to plug in a regular heated lunch box for home cooking. The Luncheaze looks like the solution for me. Set it and forget it until lunch time rolls around. I'll be ordering one. Thumbs up brother!

Thank you man! I'm glad my video could help you. I'm still using it daily and couldn't be happier. It's definitely a "big" upfront cost, but you can be a lot healthier than eating fast food daily. I was the same way because I was tired of heating food in the microwave, and it took forever to get right. I'm super impressed by this thing. Drive safe man! Hope it works well in your work environment! Would love some feedback after you use it for a bit.

I used Luncheaze for a couple of weeks now. That upfront cost will be gone by the end of a month. At $10-15 per day for unhealthy fast food, it won't take long. The first couple of days were a little shaky because the food was only lukewarm, or the food stuck to the bottom when I set the temperature to max. Once I figured out that adding a little water is the trick, things got better. Water boils at 212 degrees and the Luncheaze tops out at 220. The steam gets the food really hot! It keeps the food from burning at the bottom also. I'm not a huge fan of the "cold" storage part. The heat transfers from the bottom to that part. I also wish there was a zippered external pocket on the outside for the silverware and other items. Overall, I'm happy with the product and would recommend it. We'll see later on if it passes the durability test. Cheers!
