Operation Barbarossa (WW2 lego stopmotion)

Hello and thanks for watching! This is my third big animation and I will appreciate any kind of feedback, so I can improve in next stopmotions. Operation Barbarossa was the largest millitary operation in human history. 3 million axis troops (80% of wehrmacht) marched on 22 of June 1941 into Soviet Union. And just like that a new front opened - Eastern Front. This front soon become the bloodiest one. Millions of soviet POW's were captured in german encirclements. German troops captured Minsk, Kiev, and almost Leningrad and Moscow. Than bad weather came and rain destroyed the roads that were key to german logistics which slowed everything down. Than the winter striked and russians started to hold the upper hand. Germans were pushed back, only to start second offenssive in june - Fall Blau but thats for another video...

Very nice! You might want to watch out that you're not in front of your lighting, as this causes the flickering. Amazing, keep working!

Thanks. Yes you are right. The first scenes were shot in a reflective surrounding so it was though to keep it clean. Sometimes a flick is caused by my camera - it dedectes light different every time. I will try to improve 🙂
