- The Druid of Wrath spam strategy is not something you see every day in BTD6 so let's make it happen! If you get a bunch of druids and give them damage amp buffs, these guys get so much attack speed which is more than enough to beat CHIMPS mode in Bloons TD 6!

It's the damage amps where the magic's at but the strategy itself is just ridiculous even after that 50% nerf.
What makes it even more crazy is I believe the attack speed buff is removed if you regain lives. (at least that's how it should work.)
So after using rejuv potion I think your druids had no self attack speed buff halfway into 98, but they could still beat 99 and 100 with all the amps, pretty insane.
You are aware that rejuv potion gave you 50 lives which reversed the _entire_ passive of Heart of Vengeance?
That's definitely why those ceramics leaked at the end of 98
Not only that, but the druids that got HoV at 87 lives actually lost 3% attack speed over a non-upgraded druid. (HoV gives 10% as soon as you buy it)
This strat is even better with Obyn - you get more range, Camo detection, permanent +3 pierce after level 11, and at level 18 the druids of wrath start with max attacking speed buffs. Obyn also wont regen lives and remove the Heart of Vengeance buff.

Rejuv gaining health actually hurt the druids at the end
People are still sleeping on Ace + Geraldo. His buffs (pickles, Sharpening stone, and bunny) work so well in conjunction with the 203 ace. You can easily win most advanced and some expert maps on CHIMPS just getting a couple of these under a village and alchemist until you get enough money to get whatever you want to beat late game. You can even just stay with ace on some of the longer maps until you get Flying Fortress and its a cake walk after that. Its been my main early game tower that carries itself to R80 until Super Cerams show up.
Spamming Druid of Wraths is a common strategy on Least Cash ranked bosses (like the current Bloonarius): several very cheap towers that synergise very well with buffs, in particular Poplust, Permabrew, Homeland Defense, Support Sun Temple and Ezili's Sacrifical Totem wherever any of these are available.
I personnaly think that X-3-X alchemist needs a showcase too
The entire first year of the game is the best showcase. It was super busted back then. Now it's a situational support. If anything x4x alch needs more love

Low level towers are generally great to buff, because you pay almost nothing for a high frequency 1 damage projectile, and +1 dmg is equivalent to doubling your dps. 050 Glue and pretty much any low tier spam is a viable strategy, 003 snipers or 203 subs for example. Though it needs more sauce for the late game, but it's so money efficient you can afford pretty much anything.
Not using alch buffs hurt my soul considering how good it would be on xx3 Druids.
Not using Obyn seems like a misstake!

Off-topic question (possibly a topic for a different video): When, if ever, do you use your insta-monkeys and/or powers that we all pick up -- is there a good strategy for their use? I personally use them to get through half-cash games, when trying to black border my maps.
Just look at them as convenience items, I'm rank 126 and never used a single power or insta monkey.
People who farm insta monkeys don't do it to use them later on, but just for collection purposes
Half cash and boss events are the hardest things that instas are usable for

Anyone else ONLY play druids specifically to use the wrath on btd battles2 release? Since there was bonus do from bonus lives list and I had only watched videos and had not played any btd6 but knew druids were strong that’s all I played

Don't you need 2-5-0 super glue to affect MOABs or was it changed?
Affect in what way? Deal damage like top path? Make the bloons take more damage from other sources like with middle path? Or slow them down like with bottom path?
It was changed so that the x-4-x glue gunner or x-5-x glue gunner’s raining glue always hits MOAB class bloons.
yeah it was changed, no need for top path for moabs
@@YoshiAteTooManyYoshiCookies Before update you needed 2-5-0 to get ability the possibility to hit moabs , now 0-5-2 is just better since slow
