There are a number of things that can cause the "Clothes Still Wet" issue. MOST of them are fixed by replacing the COLD WATER INLET VALVE.

One also might need to clean out the white plastic "condensing chamber".
.
In our case, we needed to disconnect the solenoid that powered the specific valve (1 of 4) that sprayed water to the condensing unit.
For us, this completely fixed the issue, after trying all the others.

As a repairman if there’s not water in this pipe after loading a load that means it clogged with lint.
Definitely does say to do that periodically in the manual
