Fixed my dryer, the problem was just where it was mentioned. I wished you had made it step by step to see where each screw had been removed from because I was left over with a few, nonetheless, issues resolved, thank you!
My 1 year old samsung washer/dryer had heat error (HE Error) while drying cycle. Found this short video and it solved my problem. Thanks a lot man! Really appreciate it.
Thanks for the help! But it pains me so much that the filter isn't built to be accessed by the consumer, despite it being something that definitely needs maintenance. :(
I kept cleaning quite regularly another Samsung washing/dryer for 5 years (compared to this the filter is missing and the pipe from the air pump enters the drum from the underside). Then clothes began being warm but not dry. At the same time it began rattling a lot while washing. Out of desperation I bought a separate drier. After every dry cycle I can extract the drier filter and remove the "fluffy stuff" that collected there. It is something like 2-5 cubic cm of cloth-powder. Every single time. No surprise my clothes keep shrinking! I can easily imagine that in my Samsung years-worth of this "fluff" went inside the drum, umbalancing it. I never opened it to see what's inside... A separate drier is really worth the cost, by the way.
Hi I think it depends on how often you use the drying function rather than how old the machine is. Make sure the setting is right. As drying depends on the weight of the load the heavier the load it takes longer to dry
My machine stops after 15 minutes of drying. It doesn't matter which drying mode I choose. It just stops after 15 min and shows the remaining time left. I've cleaned the machine and also found out the heat sensor pin was out, so I pressed it in again. After all this, still getting the same result as before. Got any tips?
@@PaweGlica Not yet, but i'm going to order a new PCB soon and try to fix it. Have been drying the old fashioned way, but it's getting colder now... Never buying a Samsung machine again.

@@fablan3308 same story here, my lg washer dryer (smaller) has been working for 3 yrs without issues at all, none. I asked them to send me a dryer because my washerdryer it's only 6 month old and they already call it a "recurrent device" when I call them.

Thanks. I was having the same issue. Paid £1000 for this machine and now it has issues. I will try your suggestion. I am grateful for your solution.

Thank you very much for that video! Will try to fix mine the same way 💪
Thanks for your video. Will see if this solves my damping clothes issue!
Tried this just now and got a bunch of gunk. Thanks a lot for the tips.
Confirmed that my washing machine is working again because of this tip again thank you very much.

Excellent video
do you know if this unit has the toroid like - flat motor or the comventional one?
will i lose warranty if i open the machine to check if i have the same issue or not?
how long you are using it until it get block ?, my washing machine is 5 months old, and it start to not dry properly

Same same.. i wash a lot of pets bedding so I guess it’s the same issue
Yes thats it! Thanks!!
Is there a lint trap on that machine you can remove without doing that
I think that is the trap (filter) that I am cleaning. If you remove it it can cause a problem to the heating element .
@@aos9509 yes I think you're right too I have a burning smell coming from my one too but if you do that you void the warranty
I think i have the same problem as you ... but mine is still under waranty, did you void your waranty doing this clean?
I did not have warranty. Even if I did I'm impatient and can't wait until they arrange a repair as I can do it myself.

Yes

Same issue here, it doesn't give a fault code just stops. We ordered a new pcb board but it still done it
I have the same issue what you suggest me to 🙏
I have the same washing machine the dryer doesn't work I did cleaned up as shown in the video it didn't work I'm keep getting the error code
If it's not getting hot at all when you put on a drying cycle check the 2 thermostats on the heating element one may have tripped
Should hair be able to get in there
Good question I’m worried my cats hair caused it
