Ahhh Leah I’m so so happy you’re starting to post some non-true crime content again! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE true crime but I can’t listen to it at night cause I’m a huge baby😂😂 but your whispers are sooo relaxing and helpful for sleep for me. I’ve watched so many of your old videos soooo many times to fall asleep lol. I don’t mean to insult your true crime stuff at all!!! Just excited to see this pop up every now and then too😌💕

Thank you for this video! I’m a long time fan of your work even though it’s been hard for me to relax listening to certain kinds of subject matter like true crime, so I’ve been missing out. Of course you are entitled to make videos on your passions, and I’m happy for you, and I’m a beneficiary of your generosity and creativity, but I’m grateful for the occasional switch to more mild or benign topics. I’m glad I can still come back to your channel :).

I’m a witch hazel toner fan myself … it’s awesome stuff & really helps to control any dry skin / eczema on my face #DontKnockIt 😂 Ecstatic to hear you’re going to do more videos like this … my 7yr old son also loves these videos you do & is always asking to listen to you at bedtime 💗 so he’ll be made up. Witch hazel is AMAZING. So is ACV, for skin even though it stinky, lol. But dilute it like 1:10 1 tbsp acv to 10 tbsp water ☺️ if you ever try it! It's good for breakouts.
I have yet to try micellar water, if I ever do 🙃

Love these videos of yours, even if I don't use any of the products you show, I always find them so relaxing! To me you have some of the best voice in ASMR community, you could read the classified ads and I'd still watch that video 😆

Great video. I keep liquid hand wash on one side of the sink and always always a bar of soap on the other. Both options are kept in the shower as well. We love Dove products. I also love my round brush blow dryer. It just makes my hair so nice looking. I use a toner for my face as well but not Thayer. I have seen Thayer and now might give it a try as well. I really liked this video, thanks!
I use toner to help with my oily skin. It works!

That witch hazel toner is magic. Particularly the rose water one with aloe. It will literally heal sunburns and regular burns. I haven’t had a curling iron burn develop into a blister in years 😂

I’m not a bar soap fan oops. Idk the texture makes me uncomfortable. I keep some minis in my guest bathroom because I know some people prefer them, but I can’t use them myself.
With the tea bags it was most likely the hot water from your mug (and possibly even in your sink while washing). The heat breaks down the plastic particles (there’s definitely more scientific stuff around it but yeah).

Hahaha! We're all different I guess when it comes to soap preferences 🤣 I bet you're right, it had to be the heat. But it's just soooo weird, because they're meant for TEA...kind of hard to avoid putting them in super hot water lol

There's nothing wrong with Thayers. I'm not an esthetician yet, but I will be. The reason a lot of people hate on it is because they don't have the skin type to tolerate it. Although, I would personally avoid the fragranced version. 😊 But there's nothing inherently bad about witch hazel, rose water, etc. Also the Thayers containing salicylic acid is great for breakouts if you have oilier skin. Also, there are some fantastic green tea toners on the market. I have one that is literally %96 green tea. It's brown and smells just like tea and I love it so much.

I've heard how good salicylic acid is for that, so I'm looking for more products that contain it. I'll have to be on the lookout now for a green tea toner, because I would LOVE to try that. Are there any you would recommend from Amazon?

Me too! I've never tried it iced, but definitely should. I tried a matcha Frappuccino MANY years ago, and I remember liking that too 😊
