The thing about "Don't look back in anger " is that Noel not only wrote the lyrics, composed the song, played lead guitar(in the recording and all the shows prior to gem joining the band) and co-produced this song like he does most of Oasis songs but he also sang lead vocal, played the rhythm guitar, the mellotron, the organ and if you were to believe the original drummer of Oasis most likely the bass. (I know Tony was only there for definitely maybe, but in his book he mentioned that Noel played bass most of the time when Oasis was Recording). My point however is that Don't look back in anger especially, is extremely important to Noel because it almost 100% all him in every aspect of creating a song. Also as some people have mentioned it is well engulfed in British culture .
You gotta to watch Megadeth's concert performing Symphony of Destruction in Argentina...the crowd was mind blowing to say the least. The Argentinians are simply the best concert-goers in the world
Your tone when you mentioned the Inspirals actually got me raging. Brilliant band. Check out This Is How It Feels.
Oasis could fill a 500,000 venue 7 nights in a row in the UK if they got back together. And people would still miss out on tickets.
Watched the whole reaction.Wonderful, you grasped it,with respect..
So glad you Americans like this I saw it live at nebworth in the uk in 96.. also seen them both seperate at there own gigs still love em both today !!!!
Seen Oasis live at T in the park on my 21st birthday, along with No Doubt and Green Day. Almost 19 years later still one of the most amazing weekends off my life.
Listen to ‘This is how it feels to be lonely’ by inspiral carpets.
My fave band growing up. I introduced my school to them and became the “Oasis kid”.
Absolutely love Oasis, and love this version of the song. Wish I was there.
Check out parts of the documentaries supersonic and definitely maybe......there's old clips of the them rehearsing in Manchester around 92, 93. All around the world was written years ago and Noel kept it in his back pocket for the 3rd album. Amazing how many songs he had lined up for those first few records!!
It would have been even better if he hadn’t wasted The Masterplan, Acquiesce, Talk Tonight and Half the World Away on b sides, but he isn’t exactly known for being humble!
I saw them live in Montréal in 2008 and they did an acoustic version like this one. It was so awesome even now i can't believe i was there.
You guys should check yellow ledbetter by pearl jam live in Argentina pretty epic also.
Best crowd ever 🇦🇷
Riverplate is such an awesome stadium. AC DC did a concert there
Inspiral Carpets have some bangers
You should check videos about this song at Wembley Stadium on the July 11th of 2009 gig where Noel didn't sing a word of the song (except the ending of last chorus) and was entirely sung by the audience all the way
Would live to see Spencer’s cover !😂
Great channel guys really enjoy your content
Join in on the chorus, fuck you Noel we will sing the whole song , brilliant haha 🇬🇧
Just confirmed, July 2025 REUNION!! It’s gonna b Epic! ❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
I just came up to this reaction and I loved how you guys did it. As you said, music has no barriers. I’m Argentinian and loved this song, and I wanna invite you to react to a national band playing in that same stadium. A legendary band. Imagine, we did it like that in a language that’s not ours. I invite you to search for “De música ligera” by soda stereo in a show called (el ultimo concierto) I promise you won’t regret.
Your opening comments were wonderful.
Enjoying your trip
this is such an amazing performance of this song. Shout out Argentina.
You guys HAVE to do "My Big Mouth" by Oasis. Absolute banger. Do it next trust me!!
Not a performance, a *recital* by the crowd more like
Loved that Spencer picked up on the Argie accent. This Oasis video definitely sends a shiver down the spine & got goosebumps. Just quietly, also shed a slight tear watching this.
Spencer, we need to hear your version of this song! Heard you sing in another vid... great voice mate 😍😍🤩🤩
And a reaction suggestion: Coldplay & John Farham singing The Voice in Australia
P.s. gained a new sub boys, well done! Fantastic reactions, very articulate and genuine xx
I was there, amazing night. Check Morning glory and Rocknroll star from the same gig, biblical af.
people not born in the US can learn english, alot of the people in the concert are fluent english speakers, they are not singing meaningless words, in non english speaking countries people learn a second language since kindergarden.
