@@Dx-qg9jm Well, Ali took pain shots from Ferdie Pacheco. His personal doctor. The local Africans were paid by Don King to yell bombaye all night outside Foremans hotel room. Same night, the ring ropes were loosened so that Ali could do his rope a dope and lean way back. Foremans shoes were switched, and he had to wear oversized shoes. Any more doubts. Ali called Big George to disciplined Ken Norton. He said, I just cant beat him!. If you do this for me, I Will give you the rematch. Having said that. Yes Ali is still the Greatest!

talk about deceptive power. when he lands that KO blow to Moorer, it looks almost like he's about to touch gloves. but in the face. natural power like that can kill a guy, but I'm glad it didn't. in '74, ALI understood that he couldn't allow himself to be hit clean in the head, so he waited, and took body punishment. and loosening the ropes won't help you if George lands it right in your face. unless you're about to take a snooze.

The Klitschko brothers - Vladimir and Vitali - dominated the heavyweight division during much of the 2000s and early 2010s, but they were never simultaneously undefeated champions. Here are the details of their reigns:
    Vitali Klitschko:
Vitali held the heavyweight world titles under the WBO (1999-2000) and WBC (2004-2005, 2008-2013) organizations.
He retired in 2005 due to injuries but returned in 2008, continuing to defend the WBC title until his final retirement in 2013.
His record is 45 wins (41 by knockout) and only 2 losses. Both losses were due to injuries, and he was never defeated by knockout or in a one-sided fight.
    Wladimir Klitschko:
Vladimir held the heavyweight world titles under the WBO, IBF, WBA (Super), and IBO organizations from 2006 to 2015.
He dominated the division for nearly a decade until losing to Tyson Fury in 2015.
His record is 64 wins (53 by knockout) and 5 losses.
    Their Championship Situation:
Both brothers held championship titles simultaneously during different periods. For example, from 2008 to 2012, Vitali held the WBC belt while Wladimir held the WBO, IBF, and other titles.
However, they never fought each other, making it impossible for all the titles to be unified under one champion.
The Klitschko brothers left an incredible legacy, and their dominance made them legends in the heavyweight division.

His career best win is David Haye a cruiserweight whom he could not KO or even damage over 12 rounds, His second best win is against the 6t2 Alexander Povetkin (who was 30lbs his junior) in one of the most cowardly and disgraceful heavyweight bouts of all time where Klitscko clung onto povetkin and wrestled him for 12 rounds, a fight klitscko should've lost by DQ. yeah. it seemed like the Olympic teams of the '80's eventually produced World Champs. Whitaker, Holyfeild, Breeland, etc. in fact, Welterweights are what I remember most from the '80's. Tyson did practically define the decade, along w/ other great HW's like Holyfield, Bowe, Holmes(until Spinks moved up), & Lewis, who admittedly, got KO'd by journeymen. but IRON MIKE had more than just power. he could move for a relatively big man. his head goes right, his head goes left, he nails a guy w/ a combination. gets out of range, and if the other guy's still standing, maybe he won't for long. and despite going off the rails later on, y' can't take the moments away from his career when he unified the HW Titles finally, and became the youngest Champ ever, which stands today.

@@meowmeowcat1626 There is a slight difference. Ali lost and regained the same undisputed world heavyweight title three times. Holyfield won it 4 times but from different organizations different versions of the heavyweight title. So he didn’t lose and win it back 4 times. That’s why Ali is so unique. To come back 3 times from that is INSANE. Just understand that even a monster like Tyson only won it twice and never came back.
Lennox Lewis was also a three time champion but it was all split between different versions. Muhammad Ali lost and regained the same undisputed unified heavyweight title 3 TIMES repeatedly.
I think Ali is the greatest of all times and Im not saying Evander or Lennox weren’t capable or anything but they did operate in a very washed up timeline, so even their achievements aren’t as significant as Ali’s. It was Mike Tyson who revived heavyweight boxing after Ali, Foreman and Frazier. And My God, George Foreman was also a beast and he won the title twice , lost to Ali in 1974 and regained it in 1994 at age 45(which is also INSANE) But again, different era of boxing. None of them quite as significant as Muhammad Ali’s achievement of losing and winning it 3 times to the best of the best.

Very linear and easy to follow from the late 1800s through to the mid-70s when Leon Spinks defeated Muhammad Ali, and then Ali beat Spinks in the return match. Then the division mutated into something barely recognizable, and by the 2000s, it became completely unrecognizable to where I had to remind myself who half of these "champions" were.
