The best trainer was the last one, he was so energetic, good vibes and the "You dont know, I dont know" was fun as hell. I am sure that working with that kind of trainer that is able to instill that kind of motivation is just awesome.

Can we all give a shout out to all these trainers, who seem genuinely concerned for Anatoly; & he lifts.....are so wholesome in their reactions!
Ive watched a lot of his vids and these trainers are the only ones that are at least ok. But screw their reactions! 99% of them are trash. Not all of them, but theyre un professional, un ethical and dangerous. They should NOT let him try the kind of weight he wants to throw around. Most dont even spot him and try to keep him from being crushed. If he was legitimitely inexperienced, he'd be hurt or worse and itd be their fault.
This guy is famous, how can he go into a gym and not be noticed?
Everything is scripted and staged. These videos are funny, but nothing you see is real.
@@chrisdufor-pulliam4901no, if an inexperienced one tried so many plate, that struggle with empty bar, I would not even move. I would believe in the bottom of my heart it will not move a single millimeter. And when it is up, it would be to late for me to do anything for it.
