That dual battery seems like a huge deciding factor if you're trying to compare it to other bikes when making a purchase. Even if you don't go far with it, you can still have a back up in case the first one fails for whatever reason at no extra cost.

It's always better to run the batteries together. The bell is usually put on bikes for compliance or a certain certification also knowing people will change them out just like the seat.

Another dope watch! Did you end up checking some of those scooter companies I mentioned by the way. I genuinely think a company like Segway or Varla or Apollo would definitely throw you a review unit at this point. Especially Segway and Apollo. The Segway Ninebot Max and the Apollo Air are fun as hell. Although of course they don't touch any of the E-bike competition. These are moreso just last mile solutions as they call them. So basically useful like in my case where I want something to use to cut the commuting times when I gotta bus to work or make a quick stop anywhere that doesn't need a car.

I've had mine for 6 months. No way you get 130 miles unless you limit your PA to 1 and never exceed 10mph. Realistically, you'll get 40 miles per battery on flat road at about 20-21mph. Anything past 12mph and it doesn't matter to the battery whether you're pedaling or not. You can't pedal fast enough to keep up and you're just pumping air, even in the highest gear.
You can see your current draw on the CP and how it doesn't change after 12mph no matter how hard or fast you pedal.
Get a better seat, better mirrors and esp. a Suntour suspension seatpost for a hugely upgraded ride.
I found a new 3rd battery for $350 and a Nomad trailer. Gonna do some camping when it warms up.
I ride this bike daily. Got over 530 miles now. Most reliable ebike I have. Only had to swap out one of the tires do to a flat. About to upgrade the headlight as I never liked the stock one. I personally like the seat. It's traditional but that foam cushion actually ain't that bad.
@TheGamer2323 Nah. The seat ain't terrible but that seatpost is a huge game changer. I use a handlebar extension clamp for a phone holder and a clamp for a kickass flashlight I have for a headlight. Not much handlebar real estate on this bike.
Mine came with panniers but I'm gonna spring for the baskets cuz nothing really fits that oddball rear rack very well.
I got a rear-view video camera too, just fir yuks and cuz I ride on rural highways. Cheap but fun gimmick.
I might have to change the gearing though. I want to be able to pedal some more range out of it. That's my only real complaint.

Damn. $1600? That's really cheap for an awesome bike that looks like it can drive through heavy snow. Of course you are in Florida so you don't know what snow is or really cold weather. How come you guys down there can go 28mph down there? That's 45km an hour speed. That's really fast. Here in Canada we can only go 32km an hour. So like 20mph.
Damn & you have a rack with 2 batteries. 60 to 140 mph for the range. 97km per hour to 225 km range (I have to convert this I'm Canadian). That's awesome that it goes that far each. You save on a lot of gas.

Do you ever ride in the rain, can you ride in the rain, and is it worth riding in the rain given the wear and tear. I’ve put thousands of rain miles on my bicycle out of necessity in the Pacific Northwest, rains 8 months of the year. Motorcycles go into the rain all the time no problem, so do all electric cars, is this the same situation or are there limitations?
I have. You can use it when it's light rain out. I'm not trying to use this when its pouring rain though lol. Ebikes are water RESISTANT not WATERPROOF

You gotta get your motorcycle endorsement, and start trying electric motorcycles. You think those speeds and torque are smile factories....phew. I've owned a 2018 Zero S and currently own a 2021 Livewire One. 0-60mph in 3 seconds with just a flick of the wrist. It's insane.

it's really nice. I like the 400 LBS capacity and very high distance it can go. being 30 MPH / questionable street legality would be my only concern. I gots to drive 25-45 miles and back, for premium chicken feed for my birds, and 50 lbs bags can't go on most lil scooters as you know lol.
so i looked and looked... i had to get rid of my SUV, those insurance/gas prices aren't worth a damn for me.
for cycles, for heavy cargo, something like that + probably on 3 wheels would be the safest best bet.
But.. trikes are expensive. unless you look at chinese crap like Ice bear, hard pass lol prob won't live for 10,000 miles.
Not just for the chicken errands but I remembered I was supposed to get into motorcycles a long time ago until my ex took that from me. So, I bought myself a Honda Navi :)) it should be coming soon, a "real motorcycle" some may call it a scooter, first clean new engine i've ever owned because cars are expensive, every one had a Check Engine Light for whatever reason, and even my lawn mower is battery powered, i like electric stuff. But this honda navi is basically my very first new no miles put into it engine I'll be getting. It may carry the same amount as that bike,. perhaps a lil less lol. I wonder if you'll consider motorcycles 🤣🏍
Motor cycles aren't good. You can't go on sidewalks on them or bike paths. You need a special license to drive motor cycles, insurance too. Plus they aren't safe. Since they go on streets & highways like cars do. You might as well stick with a car.
E-bikes are vastly different. You can go on more things, they go fast enough to a point, & you don't need to pay for licenses & all that.
