In this weeks video we go up to a high spot and see if we can get any contacts on meshtastic

Running the same heltec board that you have but atop a 55ft tower so definitely LOS path to you at AP. I used to work there in 1969. Nice to give you your longest Meshtastic contact so far 😄 a kind station in Epsom just messaged me on the mesh to tell me about your video

Great video to show the capabilities of Meshtastic, thank you. What modem preset was used to send messages this far? Was it the default (Long_Fast)?

Hi there is that the IOS version of Meshtastic? Seems a lot more things going on ,more than Android or is it me?

Yes it’s the iOS version of the Meshtastic app

With iOS is always bluetooth as of 2.2.24 version it might change in feature, It also has a nice telemetry logs where it graphs temperature from someones meshtastic device providing they got one solided into the broad as they dont come solided.
Instead of telemetry logs in iOS with Android it will show there temperature/pressure on the contracts screen.
