It wasn't to bad just the safety screws where a pain remove getting it back together was lovly and I love the set up you have aswel

Just a quick note on the screws mate, I'd be careful putting standard wood screws in as they might split the wood when you tighten them up. The square headed screws are flanged to avoid that happening. They are called Kreg pocket hole screws.
