I would say the best way to go to the USA as a undergrad is to enroll in a affiliate program in a college in Sri Lanka like (Nawaloka College or American National College) they have the best affiliate programs with many US Colleges, You can do 2 years in SL (General Edu) and come to the USA to do the other 2 years.
