I absolutely love this long-form content, Jo! Congrats on getting her. My build is a bit different. Resentment broom for more AOE dmg and life loss chance. I rolled a devil card with the bonus 3% at the end, but it also rolled 15% magic dmg in total. By the time her shield recharges, it is massive. The free NRG/CD engraving is also nice with her 55. Using it back to back is very fun! Best of luck with your Cocoa pulls.

Starry Sky Heritage is imo the best all arounder. For a reference it gives my Simona 400 m.atk at the start of the battle which is somewhat rly significant. Both other options look interesting but a bit more situational.
yes ! Starry Sky Herritage is really good in terms of versetality, and you could put it pretty much on anyone including healers even. i persoanlly using her for the DMG and been using Focus Wand so far, it's so fun doing the ice-made sword from +1 extra range ! XD

hiho ! i could say that every 5 stars on any legendary units are important, including Simona. because Simona's role is similiar like a brawler mage when sometimes she needs to be in front of the enemies, having immunity to debuff will help you a lot and also the atk and def bonus will boost her stats even more. Fancty hat will only makes you immune to distruption like block active attack / passive etc but it'll not make you immune to other debuffs such as speed/move/atk/def down etc. 5 star Simona will do more dmg and take less damage of course, but still in terms of ranking she's not as good as any meta units in dealing damage but on disrupting enemies i think i could give her thumbs up.. :(

well that might be true, she's an average unit but she posses the highest speed attribute at the moment [in Global] and ability to control movement, speed and hard CC with high mobility makes her a solid unit especially in PVP. but damage output, she is very average and there are alot better units from her. but that's just my opinion >.
Tactical and strategy wise she is versatile. Buffer + control but normal damage dealer. For example for the current 7-5 tower, beryl flame dot + simona push , 3 unit easy kill
