I know is old video but thank you for showing this slow! The other videos talk and talk then jet past the whole show part of the actual cutting and crimping bit. Thanks
I've seen guys at car shows armorall thier plug wires. It looks really good. But I wonder if it effects the spark or function of the wires. Your thoughts?
I can't see why it would affect the spark in a negative way. The down side with Armor-all is that it's silicone based, so dirt an debris will stick to it over time, requiring another cleaning. There is other products out there that do the same job but are not silicone based. :)
You made this a lot less scary than it seems. Thank you for posting.
It's a amazing how some of these projects appear scary on the surface, but are fairly straight forward once you dive in. :)

Glad it was helpful!
I did the same with my 1969 Mustang. Wires that are the right length are a much cleaner look.
Smackey, one of my first subscribers! Agreed, I should have made them the correct length from the start, but I guess I'm there now. :)
Nice job on the how to video!! Didn't know it was this easy.
Thanks! I didn't either, that's why I originally bought the "universal" kit. Looking back, I wish I would have gone this route to begin with.

Hey Andy! Good video !! Does the kit come with an extra socket or two just in case of a screw up ??
Thanks! Yes, it it comes with one extra, but thankfully I did not need it.
