Neutral ending: Nikocado decided to eat slightly healthier and exercise a bit more but still eat a bunch of food everyday. He loses/gains 0.1 - 3 pounds everyday and his condition remains mostly unchanged.
Bad ending: This vid describes it. He goes completely bonkers. Poor Nik. 😞
