Brownie Ice Cream Cake

This week I am in the kitchen with my daughter Elle. Watch her crack eggs, and crack the cutest smiles. We made an over the top brownie ice-cream cake. Recipe:
Ingredients
Brownie Mix
3 cups melted Mint Chocolate chip ice-cream
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
whipping cream
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare the box cake according to the directions on the back of the box.Bake and cool.Then let the ice-cream come to room temperature. Pour onto of the cooled brownies. Spread evenly on the brownies.Freeze for 30 minutes.Then melt the 2 cups semi chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler.Pour the chocolate on top.Freeze for 30 minutes.Then add the whipped cream on top of the chocolate. Then sprinkle the mini chips on top for decoration.Enjoy...
