Whats good y’all 🤟🏾🔥🎸
His name is Freddie Mercury, the best frontman in the rock history.
God tier voice R.I.P. Freddie
Absolutely 🤘
Queen definitely believed a live show should be a show. They put in the hard work, and they delivered musically. And had a lot of fun. Great reaction.
Professional performers
To your comment, the lead singer Freddie Mercury was legendary, among other things, for his interaction with the crowd. To see examples of this, check out:
-Under pressure, Live at Wembley 1986,
-Dragon attack, live in Montreal 1981, or
Queen Live Aid 1985
Agreeeeeeee
YESSSSS
I WISH I’d been at that concert! I was a tween and lived 2 hours away. It was at the Montreal Forum which could seat over 9000 people.
Dragon attack live at Montreal 1981🔥
yes!!!

Band interviews highlight just that point. You can sit at home and listen to the song - why would you simply replicate it? They wanted to deliver a theatrical show, see the song in a new fresh light. Not all songs were chosen for a concert set - so there was a set of criteria to be met.
Queen were perfectionists 👍
The original video will blow your mind
Blew the music industry apart and challenged rock song structure. Not bad for a video that cost $5K in its day and is still a point of fascination today.
@@LMTino and that was the first video I believe way before MTV
Queen is the band. Freddie, Roger, Brian and John. They are equal members of the band. All can sing, John hardly does. They’ve all individually written a number one song. They all lay more than on instrument. Freddie is the lead singer. Freddie hated it when people called him the leader of the group. “We are all equal members”
Queens best live performance is “Somebody to Love “, live in Montreal 1981. Some think the best live performance ever.
React Queen "somebody to love" live in montreal 1981 👏🏻👏🏻
Then see its fiery companion at Milton Keynes. Both are lit in very different ways.
@@LMTino AGREED

Beloved Freddie
That's the power of Freddie Mercury.
Late 1970s, early 1980s, I worked part time at the Montreal Forum, the place where this show was filmed.
As an employee, I had the opportunity to see all the shows and hockey games presented at the Forum.
So I had the chance to see this show with a stage pass, it was the 2nd time that I saw Queen live at the Forum.
I also had the chance to see Jethro Tull, Frank Zappa, Moody Blues, The Woo, Yes, Genesis, Gentle Giant,
Supertramp, Nazareth, and many more, plus countless of hockey games. The best job of my life.
From the same concert check out somebody to love Montreal 1981 more ridiculous vocals from Freddie and skills from the band. Aretha Franklin inspired rock song you can’t go wrong

If you haven't already, you must watch Queen at Live Aid 1985. That is a legendary performance, I guarantee you'll like it.
Great reaction. He was the greatest showman and vocalist of all time . Because Queen loved their fans , they gave 200% and never sang the same way as the studio version (compare it ). Scientists in Europe did a study on his voice. All members wrote #1 songs. Freddie was so passionate. He would never explain the meaning of this song. Most people agree that it's his coming out song. The person he kills is himself which was courageous, although not to the public, to come out since it was a crime. Instead of pocketing all their profits from a concert a lot of money went into the production of their next concert
React to SOMEBODY TO LOVE, live in Montreal to see his showmanship and passion and LOVE OF MY LIFE, live at Wembley
Great comment
You should do love of my life..rio
Over 300K in the crowd
They will take you and make you feel that song 🎤❤
I have been to 5 Queen concerts....they we always JAM-PACKED!

The official video of this song over 1.2 billion views. Some say, ALOT say this is the best song ever made!! And went diamond march 25 2021as a single no other song has ever done this i do like the video it's so awesome and your missing a lot.
You never heard this song (one of the biggest in music history) before???? Oh my ;)
LEGEND!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is definitely one you should’ve done the music video for
You need to listen to the studio version of Bohemian Rhapsody to get the full understanding - ua-cam.com/video/fJ9rUzIMcZQ/v-deo.html . The song is actually 3 different songs that Freddie had been writing but couldn't finish. So 3 combined them adding some transitions and bridges and we get Bohemian Rhapsody.
Well said👍
check out the official video with headphones on🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
6:12 Brian May created the solo in BohRhap, not Freddie
You’re talking over Freddie. No!!!!
Live recordings are so ridiculous overrated.
"But muh music is better live"
Yea it is... *if you're there.*
Otherwise, with literally a handful of exceptions, it's just sub-par audio, open for fails and sometime an audience ruining the sound.
Normally it doesn't really matter, different strokes I guess... but it kinda F:s it up when it's for a song for which the video is instrumental to its first impression.
Like this one...
Or Five Finger Death punch - Wrong side of heaven.
If you don't have the video when watching it for the first time.
