I just bought my first hand tied Caliente and it fits so well on my 21.5” head. Weft tied can get loose on me so this is so worth the price! Everyone knows I choose to wear wigs and they all say this one is their absolute fave out of all of the wigs I wear.
It’s a perfect style for work or play and it looks and moves so realistically. It is dream hair ❤

In 2010, I had a severe freak accident and sustained a neck injury that left me in a position where I couldn't take care of my hair. At that time, I had beautiful knee length hair but would never again be able to care for it. Having come to terms with this aftermath, I needed to cut my hair off very short. That's when a wig came into my life. I wear a wig for fashion, differing styles, color changes, and crazy mood swings! HA So for me, the standard cap wig suits me just fine. I'd prefer to have 2 beauties. Thank you for sharing. They are so beautiful!

Thank you for this helpful video and comparison Taz! I love both of them. I have a 21 1/4 inch circumference and that is my biggest challenge with wigs (when I cinch in the sizing tabs I typically get pain on the top of my ears from the ear tabs that are then moved down to put pressure on my ears but also slides back on my forehead) so, a better fit sounds delightful! That, alone, seems worth the extra money. They are both lovely and on my wish list! Again, thank you Taz!

oh wow! I literally ordered this in Rootbeer Float a few hours ago! I was excited when I ordered and am even more so now after watching your video. I cannot wait to get this! Thank you for the fabulous review! I have 3 Unfiltered and recently ordered 2 more and was very disappointed with the curl pattern in both. I was looking for something similar as I wear Unfiltered everyday to work. I love the shorter, loose curl look and I think this is very close in style. crossing my fingers that this will be a great replacement!

I have watched this video of caliente a few times and l am always amazed on how beautiful you look in so many different styles and colours. This style has to be one of my favourites. The look of flirty also sophisticated all in one wig, so many variations you can achieve, brilliant for glass wearers too. ❤❤❤❤

It is dream hair isn’t it?! Thank goodness for wigs! Like most things the costs keep going up and up 🙄. I have a few BT wigs and it is one of my favs. I was torn between Caliente and Columbia….went with Columbia which I wear often.

I thought hand-tied usually means it’s gonna lay flat - but that’s not the case here, right? The original & hand-tied look the same to me. I’ve been disappointed by some hand-tied wigs, so I’m not entirely convinced they’re always worth the steep extra cost. Great advice here, Taz!
True! The fibers are doing on the work on the volume here.. Not gonna tame the volume since there's no permatease that can be controlled:-) I'm sold on the handtied.. I hope to order a new color soon! XOXO

Never sure about the windy weather argument. I tend to feel windy weather can make one a tad anxious whatever type of wig you're wearing - I dive under a hood, hat or headband and just hope it soon goes away! Beautiful wig - looks great on you Taz.

Thanks for sharing this video and reviewing the caliente fully hand tied wig. I’ve been interested in purchasing this one for a while, but wasnt sure as it’s expensive and I like the original. It’s a pity Belle tress don’t do full mono top wigs without paying more for a fully handtied one, like Raquel Welch wigs do. I like to play around with the part on my wigs although I notice you had the part on the left and didn’t change it up like you normally do 🤔😊

Gosh. I just got mine yesterday in Brown Sugar Sweet Cream. I am a regular Caliente wearer, she’s my everyday hair, actually. The hand tied cap is so very comfortable and I’m a 21.25” circumference. What I’m bummed about is the density. I love Caliente because it has such a realistic density, in my opinion. I knew the hand tied weighed more, so I assumed it was going to be a little more dense, but I also thought maybe some of that was the cap. But it is, in my view, quite a bit more dense and *that* is the only complaint I have. It definitely looks like “fancy hair”, like I’d wear it out somewhere special, but I’m bummed that she may not be my every day hair.
And actually, I just put it on again today after watching this review and I definitely didn’t get a “unicorn”…the curl pattern on mine is not great. It’s such a gamble and kinda makes you regret it when you spend so much money on it.

Great review! I'm strictly a Belle Tress girl at this point in my wig journey. However, my bank account is going to appreciate my almost 22.5" head circumference. Unless I decide to shave all of my bio hair (and I'm not there yet) I don't think my head will fit in these lovely hand tied caps. I'm a little sad about that but also grateful! But I'm still looking forward to your Rose Ella hand tied cap review ... I've got 3 Rose Ella's and just enjoy seeing this style on you and other reviewers. Thanks so much for all you do!

@@TAZSWIGCLOSET No worries. I'm seriously grateful they are likely too small. I can't spend that much on a single wig! Additionally, I'm just happy that the brand that I love in terms of colors and styles fits my noggin. I don't need the hand tied caps (though I would love for the Bell Tress regular caps to bring the lace fronts further down to the ear tabs; some of my wigs have bad seams). Anyway, I think I'm lucky. I could have fallen in love with Noriko or Ellen Wille! Ha!! Thanks again for all you do!

The hand tied from wigparty are bigger on me than the non hand tied.
Hi Taz, I have a little of a random question! What hand tied caps are smaller? BT or EW? At his point, those hand tied form RW fit well. I am a petite and I am tired of sewing caps lol Thank you so much 😊
Both fit me well with a max adjustment. Belle Tress hand tied seems a bit smaller 9n the few samples I have explored. Hope this helps! 🥰

Thanks Taz. I must have missed it. Any idea why they made it denser on hand tied? The lower density is what I love about Belle Tress. It should need less fibers when hand tied because no wefts to cover right? . I am desperate to find a hand tied shoulder length beachy waves that is low density. Your favorite Raquel Welch is a tad too dense and not my favorite fiber . Jon Renau Julianne lite would be perfect if it was heat friendly. But hate the shine on JR regular synthetic. I need full mono or hand tied. Can you give me any suggestions? Desperate and Grateful for your help. ❤️
