Joining you on this serene winter creekside camping trip was a delightful experience. The idea of camping during the southern hemisphere's winter and finding warmth in not just a cozy campfire but also through delicious food prepared in cast iron is truly inviting. The Korean hot pot in the camp oven and the jaffle-iron sandwiches for breakfast sound both comforting and delicious, perfect for a cold winter's morning. The frosty morning described in your video paints a picture of a tranquil winter wonderland. The imagery of the sun rising above the hills, melting the frost, and creating a magical 'rain' from the trees is beautifully poetic. It's these simple, yet profound moments in nature that make camping so special. Lyra’s watercolor painting session by the creek adds a charming and artistic element to your trip. The way the surroundings inspired her artwork is a testament to the beauty and tranquility of the campsite. Your review of the Coleman Swagger 2P tent is quite insightful. It’s helpful to know its advantages, like being spacious, easy to set up, and aesthetically pleasing, as well as the issue of condensation in cold weather. This kind of honest review is invaluable for fellow campers. The notes on Flea Creek Campsite provide a useful guide for anyone planning a similar trip. The details about the drive, the need for a 4WD, and the facilities available at the site are all essential pieces of information. Thank you for taking us along on this wonderful creekside camping adventure. Your video not only provides a glimpse into the joys of winter camping but also serves as a guide for those looking to embark on similar journeys. Eagerly awaiting your next camping trip and the beautiful experiences you’ll share!
Looks cold. What sleeping bags you have? See any wildlife? Such a quiet relaxing time together falling asleep with the sound of the creek, bliss. Only 1hr away. Enjoy yourselves.
Unexpectedly cold… we carried two Darche Cold Mountain -12°C sleeping bags and zipped them together. Inside we put two Voited camp blankets. Underneath was a Coleman high peak self-inflated mat and an aluminum foil mat. The campsite can be described as “remote” I think, but didn’t spot much wildlife tho. I managed to get some fairy wrens and thornbills on camera. Thanks for watching mate. It’s hard to find a tranquil campsite within a short drive from city.
Thanks for watching 😊 I bought it from Costco, but I’m not sure if they are still selling it. Here is the link I found: www.costco.com/levi%E2%80%99s-men%E2%80%99s-faux-leather-jacket%2C-brown.product.100566959.html
