One of the understated beautys of the internet is finding out that something you have a passing interest in is so beloved by enough people that there is a huge community around it. Enough so that there's events and competitions for it. What a wonderful world.
Yes! I love how Catan is one of the few board games (outside of things like chess and monopoly) that are recognized on a global scale.
