York River Flooding on 23/02/22

This video shows some of the flooding in York around the River Ouse, which is some of the worst flooding York has seen in seven years. This flooding has been caused by some of the recent storms including storm Franklin, which has caused the river levels to peak 4/5 metres above their normal summer levels. #york #northyorkshire #flooding #ouse
