Don't forget to add to the entertainment the 40+ games a year at an amazing Minor League Facility for the Las Vegas Aviators in Summerlin; and in winter the 36 minor league hockey (AHL) games for the Silver Knights at the LFF, not even including the indoor football, pro volleyball and lacrosse. I moved here from a big midwestern metro where I lived 35 miles outside and it would take me 90 minutes to go 20 miles; or 2 hours minimum to get to the major city's downtown. Living here in Summerlin is a dream in those terms. I don't even bat an eye if I want to go down to GVR or a game at LFF because I know I'll be there in half hour, 40 minutes.
Hi Olga, This maybe out of your wheel house but can you recommend some rental properties in these areas? I'd like be around parks gyms skateparks relatively safe areas. I think I'm more a Henderson person but will have to visit both. Any insights are appreciated!😃
The water shortage is an interesting (and controversial) topic. I am hopeful that technology advances to the point where the communities in the Mojave Desert continue to thrive.
Great job Olga, I’ve been here almost two decades. I was watching and trying to figure out what is the Intermountain performance center near the Raiders nearby me🤷🏽♀️tfs
I've never been inside but that's where the Raiders facilities are located, including the practice field, weight rooms, offices, cafeteria, etc. Here's some photos from the inside: www.raiders.com/photos/sneak-peek-raiders-headquarters-intermountain-healthcare-performance-center
I think they're both GREAT! If I had to choose, I prefer the restaurants anchored around Durango Casino which technically isn't in Summerlin, but close.
I was referring to the cute village on the water in front of the casino. I actually didn't realize the casino was closed because I never go inside. I only patronize the shops and restaurants on the water. Doing some reading and it's unlikely to reopen any time soon too. :(
It will not reopen due to legal issues as I understand. Water street is growing but still struggling in a sense. Lots of fun little places but not a shopping destination for sure. Traffic is getting to be horrific with just one road inand out. There is no casino at lake Las Vegas. Do your research more thoroughly
For Lifestyle, I think it is more a battle of zip codes. 89135, 89144 for Summerlin vs 89052, 89044, 89012, even 89011 for new Henderson because comparing Red Rock Country club in Summerlin to the far east of Henderson would not make sense.
Out of subject remark, I like your 444 necklace but did you know the number 4 can be associated with bad luck for Chinese people? you might be "rejecting" potential Chinese customers because of this small detail!

In Henderson or Summerland where do you recommend to eat! Just wondering

Lake las vegas has an open casino?

I live in Inspirada so I’m team Henderson
Did you do a new build or a move in ready? I’ve been lurking on the KB homes in that area.
@@user-ot6dy1df5ynew build back in 2018 with Beazer.
Thought u were from san diego ?
My husband and I have been back and forth between Las Vegas and San Diego for the past 12 years. Mostly in Las Vegas.

That's great feedback and I completely agree!
INFORATIVE. But don’t worry that necklace when dealing with an Asian client…
