Congrats on your new home!!! I noticed that you were cutting off the edges of your printed pages- this tip might save you a lot of time and work. I don't know what kind of printer you use, but I also have an Etsy printable shop and I use a Canon 3060 (inkwell for rich color printing, so ink off Amazon is cheap and goes a long way). When I am printing, under the Properties option, I choose 'Borderless Printing' and I have to choose Photo Paper Pro Luster (even if I'm using regular printer paper--if you choose the regular paper option, your page will print super faded colors. Choosing the Photo Paper Pro Luster will print your normal rich colors, it's a known issue with Canon, but this is a workaround). I know you didn't ask, but I wanted to let you know that is an option!
