I have a question ...we stay in USA since 3 years and having severe problems. We agreed for mutual consent..and I got ready to come back to India with my elder kid.
The problem is that I told him that we can file the case when he returns to India..but he made some typed paper with all the problems from his perspective only and asking me to sign them without any one in between for witness or anything. To this day smaller hospital doctor's only take fee after the treatment. My family doctor is the example. You need to come out of delusion.
