Let it run for a week 24/7 or run it as recommended for the pool

No one can seem to answer so hopefully you can help! Do I need to use this ionizer at all time meaning 24/7 or only when the pool pump is running?

Most Ionizers need the pump on to work. You need the water to be passing over the copper nodes to be dispersed in the water. We recommend you run the pump 24/7 during the hot season which would mean your ionizer would also be running 24/7. Hope that helps.

What size fittings did you use to attach the ionizer to the pump and pool?

If you change your sand filter system do you have to ever put salt in the pool like they did the first time that Blue World pool set the pool up
