Demonstration of reality therapy with a couple

The presented therapeutic conversation demonstrates the process of reality therapy, and it is not an actual therapy. The process of reality therapy is presented through role play, in which educators in the 3rd or 4th year of the Training for obtaining the title Reality Therapy Psychotherapist act in the roles of clients and do not share their real-life problems. Boba Lojk, RT psychotherapist and teacher at the European Institute for Reality Therapy, acts as the therapist.
