Donatella's shows are always my favorite she puts together an amazing collection and gives strength to her girls. The cast was fantastic as usual the Queens slaved Naomi, MC, Carmen etc. Gigi and Bella def have improved their walk but I did miss Karlie wonder why she does not walk much anymore its sad. My favorite younger girls are Vittoria, Yasmin and Grace.
I really CANNOT believe Carmen kass and Adriana Lima are in this show. Adriana has been modeling for almost 20 years and this is her 2nd versace show. Carmen SLAYS the runway. Today's models have nothing on 2000's models. these new models cannot walk, or have the fierceness versace models once did. nonetheless, loved this collection
You know your statement is pretty ironic because 90s fanatics would say the same thing about the 2000s models compared to the 90s models. You know things like models of the 2000s are not supermodels, they are waifs with no personality (though the trend already started in the mid 90s), especially those from Eastern Europe. But to be fair it's only those of English speaking countries who become big worldwide that even those who know nothing about fashion recognize them. Connections with celebrities from Hollywood really put them in the map of superstar status. Of course here and there, there are exceptions like Claudia Schiffer, Gisele Bundchen and Adriana Lima. Truth is, the models that you see today like Gigi Haddid and Kendall Jenner are popular outside their modeling career too because they had an established family name and come from an English speaking country where it caters the biggest media for superstardom. Perhaps it may also be a relativity in perspective too, as maybe if I was from say the Netherlands, maybe a model like Doutzen Kroes would be huge here in comparison to someone like Cara Delavigne.

One of my all time favs, great colors, practical pieces and perfect presentation. Not a bad seat in the house. Frustrating sometimes to be at the shows and due to its configuration you struggle to drink in the fashion because of seat or theatrics, the no reverse and long runway concept is a winner in my book. Love the industry:)

Model generations come and go quickly. The next generation of models are on the verge of being discovered right now as I type. They'll have a different look, vibe and style. In modeling, there's always a younger, prettier person waiting to take over. I'm young, but I'm wise enough to know physical beauty only lasts a very short time. Why hate on someone for something that's going to happen to us all? To all the kids who hate on older models, just wait. In a very short time, people will be calling you and the models you love old, tired, outdated, irrelevant, obsolete and other horrible descriptions. Be respectful.

TBH her walk in SS16 was bad, and FW16 too. She did however serve this finale better
