I finally redid the top end. No more headgasket just the O ring that was supposed to be on it years ago. New clutch, open lid airbox. She pulls way harder than it ever did =)

That was fun!! Started to think he was a bit of a pansy, until he hit the sand pit, and started cracking the throttle like how an R is properly ridden!🤣🤣That area looks VERY similar to where I grew up. Only one paved road in 5 miles haha. Nice video

That thing is stupid fast just how fast was that ride on the road it had to be at least 80 mph man I want to learn the clutch so I can get something similar because I’ll never find an atc 250R they are getting hard to find and when you find one the seller wants a small fortune for it that is one sweet machine don’t ever get rid of it they are rare
Yea they definitely are hard to find now days. Just keep looking and you'll find one someday =) Clutch is pretty easy. Just takes a little bit of time to get used to it and then its a blast.
@@Codyrosa I can learn anything with driving but I would probably get the atv version and put a reverse in the transmission if that’s available for a two stroke those atc three wheelers are not for beginners I’m getting a prairie 700 but I’d still love to have something sporty just for fun

Thank you! I believe it was just off a TRX 250r. There's a certain year (maybe 87 ?) which I don't remember but it fits perfect.

Hey, I had it sent out to get fixed. Rob Selvy out of California did mine. There are plenty of people that still do this repair though thankfully if he is booked.

I keep all my bikes in storage Incase I have to be homeless. I'll live in a tent and still ride. Cheaper than house with a garage lol.
Lol wtf?! This thing gives zero F's. Never get rid of it. Be homeless underneath it. If you took this to a pittsburgh bike life rally with all the dirt bikes and quads you would be painfully cool.

Just a plain old FMF pipe and silencer.
Short pants, short shirt, no gloves, no boots, no pads, helmet?, lanyard tucked into the handlebars.. I see preventable injuries in his future.
Always wear my helmet. This is one of the few times I didn't wear my boots/pants/gloves. I usually wear them but I was dying from the heat this day and had to get a rip in.
