This is one of my favorite Disney animated shows, and It pretty much started the trend of the more recent Story-Driven shows on Disney since the early 2010's, now granted Disney had done Story-Driven animated shows before via _Gargoyles_ and _Kim Possible._ The show's first couple of episodes in Season 1 are literally Episodic as you got you're Supernatural/Monster of the Day, but it does provide the context of the town of Gravity Falls, it's characters and the development they gain, along with the Mystery within Gravity Falls and the Mystery Shack owned by Grunkle Stan that will be the central focus in future episodes. Also, Wendy is voiced by Linda Cardellini who is best known for her roles as Velma in the Live-Action Scooby-Doo films, Cloudy Jane (CJ) in _Regular Show,_ Samantha Taggart in _ER_ and Clint Barton's Wife in _Avengers: Age of Ultron_ and _Avengers: Endgame._ Hopefully, once they finish reacting to Gravity Falls next year (the 10th Anniversary), it opens the doors for future Disney Animated Series reactions being reacted on the Blind Wave channel such as _Gargoyles,_ _DuckTales (Original or 2017 Series),_ _Amphibia,_ and/or _The Owl House._ In addition, hope they do reactions to _Kill la Kill,_ _Samurai Jack,_ and _Shaman King (2021)_ sometime next year once they finish reacting to _Re: Zero,_ _Star Wars Rebels,_ _Teen Titans,_ and/or _Vinland Saga._

Also, because Alex Hirsch and Justin Roiland are good friends, this is a sort of spiritual cousin to Rick and Morty!
Complete with that three second crossover between the shows!
@@Kris-wp3fm when the time comes I hope we get to see them do a quick reaction to that
Apparently at one point some sandal I think goes through the portal and in a Rick and Morty episode a sandal comes out of a portal
@James Derrick I believe it’s a ‘?’ coffee mug, a notepad and a pen.
@@AgentofChaos315 there's plenty of refference Gravity Falls in Rick and Morty
That intro at the beginning was hilarious :) !, can't wait for more of these reactions! :)'2
I'm so excited you're doing this show! The backgrounds actually have clues in them plus there is a cipher in the end. Also, watch the end of the credits really close.
I swear half the views on this series are from me. I rewatch it every few months. Reliving the mystery, the codebreaking, and the jokes is so fun. I will forever keep recommending the animated movie ParaNorman because it reminds me of this show a lot.
Yes! Finally! I almost lost hope.
Fantastic intro.
Mabel is my favorite character.
Getting to see that Gravity Falls won really made my day! I'm glad that they're already having fun with it! Look forward to more fun times with the Pines!
This show's going to blow their minds.
they have no idea what's coming
When Mabel spun around and raised the grappling hook I heard 🎵da daa daaa daaaaaaaa🎵 Treasure reveal LOZ OST!
Xiaolin Showdown and Mieruko-chan!
Oh my god. Hell yeah!! Also Calvin in the gravity falls style is literally perfect
Kinda neat seeing two editors in the end card. So glad you guys started this!
Can't believe they never reacted to this show before, the amount of attention to detail and foreshadowing is insane, also look out for a bald man in a grey jumpsuit at 11:18
Have seen this show countless times…AND STILL LAUGHED HARD WHILE WATCHING THIS!!! Can’t wait to see more!
That intro music, I missed it. Thank you for starting this series Blind Wave, watching it always makes me feel better.

For so long I have wanted you guys to react to this and now I want a series with the four of you as the characters you made for the intro.
This is an early Christmas present. I literally just rewatched it for the first time like 2 weeks ago 😂 but this is amazing and I’m going to enjoy the ride.
That intro is adorable!!
I've loved your guys' stuff for a long time, it's nice having fun with the content you react to while hearing your analysis!
My heart JUMPED when I got this notif, very happy (: this show only gets better and better.
the fact that calvin knows stan's secret and nobody in the team realizes is so funny.
The untold number of foreshadowing and hints and hidden things in this show caused a ridiculous amount of theories. Amazing show hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did
Been a long time coming. We are finally here!
One of my favorite intro for a show you’ve done.
WAIT. I am an avid indulger in youtube react channels watching these old series, AM I CRAZY or have Blind Wave never seen this show, I swear to god in my head I thought they had already seen it alongside other channels like The Normies. Well either way I'm happy that I'm here. I'll be staying tuned for every episode 'til that grand finish. Let's do this y'all.

• There’s backwards talking in the intro of every episode which are like mini hints
• There are puzzles after the credits of each episode
• Pay close attention to backgrounds of each episode
Gravity falls is full of hidden easter eggs (sometimes even to other shows *hint hint*) and subliminal messages.
I can't believe you guys are finally reacting to one the best Disney TV shows to date. My absolute favorite. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did. And pay attention to certain peculiar details in the episodes. And, most importantly, to the end credits on each episode.
you guys are reacting to one of the best shows of western animations of all time?! AWESOME!!!

Omg you guys are finally doing Gravity falls!! 🙌 Can't wait to see ya'll get to the finale in 4 years
Gravity Falls was a show my friends and I grew up on. Absolutely loved this show, not childish, not adult-level disturbing, just fun, quality-mystery thrillers aimed at a general audience with no fears of going above and beyond the comfortable standard without going too inappropriate. One of my favorites of all time, can't wait to see how y'all like it. One of the best!!!
