Nahida is a monster. It's wild the difference with her vs without her. I can't use her in overworld content because her mark can one shot everything that isn't a boss if any element hits that can react, it's actually wild. She's one of the characters for me(along with Yelan, Kokomi and Alhaitham right now) that makes Spiral Abyss doable since it's... Less than good right now(F whoever made the Wenut).
And that C2, if she wasn't already a disgusting beast, that is just overkill. Screw wisdom, she is the god of death lol.

@@Z-FishInMyBreakfast basically just full EM, Deepwood memories, anything else feels like extra. She adds so much damage on top of the huge EM share popping her mark in the overworld erases groups once a reaction happens.
@@Z-FishInMyBreakfast You can just stack up EM to around 850-1000 and you are golden. If you dont have good substats on artifacts just use magic guide since its em is insane. As for team comp, whatever you want just do reactions, reactions, reactions. Been waiting for her since release cuz l lost her 50/50 to Tighnari... l cant wait to use her alongside raiden and zhongli...

I think another thing that makes nahida so powerful is that she doesn't really compete with other dendro units. some characters, like kazuha v venti and hu tao v yoimiya, are actively competing against each other for a slot, but nahida doesn't compete with alhaitham, Yao Yao, and probably baizhu in most teams. she helps battery dendro units and you can't steal quickens like you can steal vapes, so she truly is the archon of her element
Who does Ganyu compete with?.. Oh wait Ayaka. Ye makes sence

Same goes for Raiden. I don't know any electro character that compete with her.
Wdym, she does compete with haitham in hyperbloom dendro app and with yaoyao in aggravate (because you'd rather have a healer+kazuha than nahida+kazuha that fails to swirl electro after the first rotation).
@@robinj4286 i think raiden just competes with kuki when it comes to hyperbloom teams, but she still is better for that role assuming you're not struggling to survive

The only 5 star I pulled for cons on their debut banner(c2) and my first and only triple crown. She's broken true, but she's also adorable and I really really liked her character and role in the story. Actually giving us some real information about whats going on.

Nahida is very valuable to new or old players her C2 is insane but even at C0 she’s one of the best characters in the game

@@banjoowo4001 Kinda hard to say who the best is, but this might just be the best 5* pull overal, since Sucrose can stand in for Kazuha to usually great effect
Xinqiu has teams that basically rely on him to even function at all, then there's Bennett who essentially isn't needed but just so powerful while consolidating roles, even between just those 2 it's always been hard to say who is the best overal. Kazuha is up there imo cause he consolidates grouping into such an amazing kit.
Nahida seems INSANE whenever rotations work well with her marks, she's got raw power and great mechanics, but I have trouble ''ranking'' her myself, at C0 anyway. Love the way she can make grouping less important, if that was more consistently useful she gains a value similar to Kazuha. It's amazing whenever grouping isn't even an option, but you would want it if it was. I wonder if we'll get grouping from more elements, maybe some unique stuff like inwards radial knockback, which would uniquely affect big Vishaps etc.
I could even see us get to a point where Kazuha isn't such a no-brainer inclusion, maybe another element would take care of grouping with already insane specialized dmg%, then even characters like Jean could be included much more efficiently into more teams.
This new meta i value Nahida above Kazuha

I got Nahida on release and I love our little shuttlecock(seriously, I look at one and think “don’t hurt our Dendro Archon”), not many characters are this good. I also got her because of her Japanese voice, the always cute sounding Yukari Tamura, aka every Captain’s favorite Principal

I was going to do that, but went for Mistsplitter instead. And now Kazuha will come soon so have to save up for him. Nahida's cons are definitely on the wish list along with Kazuha's and Raiden's (although Mistsplitter Keqing already got me 36 star last abyss and it was like the hardest one so maybe I'll just get new chars instead)
I have her at C0, should I prioritize a C1 pull or get Nilou as another broken teammate for her?
@@nk30020 The Nahida C2 debuff is for everyone, not just for her like Raiden C2. And there are other things on top of that !
Nahida was my first 5 star. She singlehandedly carried me from AR 40 to 52. My strongest team back then was anemo traveler, Beidou, Fischl and Noelle. She ended up replacing Traveler and I used her as my main for all those quests, bosses and domains. I can't recommend her enough.
lol my first 5 star was Zhongli (technically lost to diluc first) @ AR 45
He made me able to survive lvl 90 domains and farm out gear
My og team was Diluc/Fischl/Zhongli/Venti
Nahida is incredibly useful. She is an incredibly potent off field applicator and damage dealer while giving massive EM buffs. In the loose exaggerated sense of must pull she is a must pull. Her and Raiden Shogun basically change how you play the game making ER and EM less necessary so that dps can be focused on. I have them both in a party with Dendro traveler and Kuki and it wrecks everything.

One of the things i appreciate the most about Nahida is the little jingle that plays while she is running around, its adorable.
On the one hand, all of this is important and true. On the other hand, I don't wanna play as a barefoot baby child.
Got her on a spur of the moment 50/50 win, and I don't regret it. Not only is she so cute, but she's so powerful. She can let Yoimiya one-shoot overworld hilichurls with the Burning reaction. Got her on a triple EM Deepwood build that puts her on either side of 1000 EM depending if Dendro resonance is in effect or not. I certainly haven't tried every team and reaction she's viable with, but she's certainly potent in the teams she's in. She's definitely worth pulling if you can't decide who to pull for or have literally every character rerunning except for her.

Yeah nahida is really nice, as a dolphin she's the first character that im actively getting constellations for she's currently C1 and when she reruns im gonna have her at C2. She's such a fun character in combat and lore wise I absolutely do not regret pulling for her.
Not to mention she actively helps us with our quest! She's my second triple crown (first is ningguang). Side note, Nahida can be an even better support by holding TTDS or PROTOTYPE AMBER. She becomes a battery, support, DPS AND a healer.

i'm pulling for her in my 2nd account for sure. i remember getting her in my 1st account and she helps alot even at low levels.
I still can't get over the fact that Keqing is not only viable, she's really freaking good.

I'd say the closest to a "must pull" would be Kazuha and Nahida. They completely change your account. Yelan isn't that necessary because XQ exists. I'd also get at least one of Kokomi or Zhongli for defensive utility.
I would consider raiden, kazuha, nahida and zhongli for the must pull category..
You shouldn't call Kazuha a must pull either then because you don't call Yelan must pull because of Xingqiu then same could be applied to Kazuha and sucrose C6. With nahida though yeah she literally has no competition at all
Agreed, she's actually my second best pull (only after Kazuha). Been using her for hyperbloom but I want to try other reaction teams with her, like Nilou's bloom
And for Yoimiya, I don't think she's bad. I just wish she wasn't sandwitched with characters I wanted the most, like Kazuha and Nahida. MHY, give Yoimiya a banner to shine on her own!
It's not that long since Yoimiya had a banner all for herself. And people still complained because there were interesting units in banners before and in banners after her. She's good but she's less attractive than about half of current featured units and that's just too many.
It's a godly thing I pulled Nahida on her initial banner. Now I should probably give the game money in order to pick up Shenhe, but Star Rail is just a couple weeks away...
What she does would be incredibly broken in any element, her kits just crazy. Dendros just a broken bonus aspect haha

The best part of Nahida: she can apply a very sticky dendro application that can kill mobs quickly when reacting with other elements.
The worst part of Nahida: she has to manually apply this very sticky dendro that already killed everyone except the newly spawn mobs.

My main account already has Nahida, and I wanted Baizhu from the first time I met him in 2021,, so saved up over 125 pulls on my main, and made a new account to hoard all story primos which is over 300wishes with most of sumeru done by now 😍😍😍

Im guaranteed. I was already prefarming her even though I was doubting between baizhu and Nahida. I will probably use her mostly in my haitham team, but my reason to pull her over baizhu is her versatility tbh. Other than that no other reason. I like being able to use her in multiple comps for fun.

I came back to the game last month, i farmed all mats to get her to 90 already, get her to 8/8/8 or even 8/9/8 talents and a full set of deepwood with decent stats.
Also got the BP for the Pearl and a full EM set for Raiden.
Xingqiu and Kokomi are also ready. Keqing and Fischl are ready too.
Cant wait to get her.

i pulled for Nahida during her original run, she is pretty busted with Yae Miko who i pulled i think right after Nahida.
Another thing is she isn’t just like any applicator not only can she provide 100% dendro application, but she also does some insane amount of dmg if you put some effort into building her, and unlike other applicators she can do all those big numbers off field, and that alone makes her an insane unit!
Nahida is my best character, she’s so strong!! I feel so weak when she’s not on my team. Would deffo recommend pulling her 100% do ittttt

Though seriously, I'm pretty glad that Nahida is by far the most Utility giving unit you can have. She fits in practically most teams because of that 250 EM buff. And not to mention people undersell how much dialogues she has hidden under Sumeru NPC's. And with her new questline and a new Sumeru region there's TONS of extra dialogues you would've missed out

One of the 2 5* i legit held back on pulling for a few previous banners before them just to wait for them and get them the other one being Kazuha and boy was it worth it in both cases.
Seriously Nahida is rlly likeable overall and story-wise Sumeru archon quest was the best so far but also her kit is broken good and so so enjoyable to use. To all wondering "should i pull for her" just like Zhobgli's shield enable easy mode by making you invincible Nahida enables easy mode by making your roster deal more dmg without you even doing anything.
Seriously use Zhongli, Nahida and 2 off fielders then AFK everything by 😂😂😂
What if you don't have zhongli? In my case I only have ei abd my other dendro character is collei...I really want nahida but I'm not sure if she'll work well with what I've got
@@vivaHSR Nahida works well with anyone and anything involving dendro,hell even partial dendro teams that aren't centered around dendro but instead need some dendro for more passive dmg she's still fits,she's imo as universal as they come so long as there is one of the elements needed for dendro to proc in any possible way and you having Raiden means you already have enough for Nahida to be viable,hell add Xinqiu there and you got yourself a good hyperbloom team tho Kuki is better than Raiden for that.
Anyway trust me Nahida is more than worth getting,she even works well with the free characters you get at the start of the game so there's no way you won't be able to use her.
Btw the Zhongli part was just an exemple,she's just as good and more or less broken as Zhongli himself,but you don't need him for her.

@Braxophone I know it might not be your typical content, but can you consider doing a vid on why Hydro is the best element, why it's only going to get better with Fontaine and Natlan, and why Hoyo might have to put a bullet through Xingqiu and Yelan's head, to avoid more cripples like Dehya?
Nahida feels so good, I wish she was split in two characters but with the same application. Like the fact she can share EM, is catalyst and have awesome dps feels a bit unfair. She can even heal if you have proto Amber. Now a lot of characters depend on Nahida (Cyno, Nilou, Alhaitham, Tighnari) I have a couple of them and running with DMC feels too hard to play

This video title is a True. I’ve been maining Nahida since her release and (Genshin) life is good.
I feel like I need Nahida, but I recently started playing and only have Keqing in terms of 5 stars. I’ve got a guaranteed 50/50 win and enough primos saved for a 5 star but I feel like I really need a different 5 star to build a Team 2 around for Abyss since my Team 1 is currently Aggravate Keqing.
She's literally the reason dendro is broken rn. Her E marking enemies for 20+ seconds is BUSTED. Cyno literally become viable the moment she was introduced. CYNO.
The reason people say Cyno is mid... is because they do not own Nahida, because they pulled Cyno and missed the 50/50 on Nahida (it was literally the next patch).
Nahida is a must pull if you are playing dendro, especially hyperbloom. Her dendro application is by far the best. And hyperbloom is so strong atm, you can just run it and clear most content.

I was a big fan, partly because you used a Tekken outro. However, hearing you speak of re:zero in a positive light has tarnished this relationship. I'm going to stay at a friend's house for a while, and think about where this is going.
Also gathering item is really fun with nahida.
The characters that I regretted pulling were Nahida and Kokomi and now they have become the underdogs in most of the teams that I play .
Can you tell me the reason why you regret pulling for her? Because I have so many primogems save for kazuha or raiden (since they are two characters that I want the most) but I've seen so many people said nahida is a must pull so I don't know what to do
@@tzuzu5240 raiden and kazuha are good too but if you like dendro teams, pull nahida because she really works in everything dendro-related. she even makes melt better through burning her value is insane. kazuha is still good so it wouldn’t be a waste to pull him either.
@@fawkiouuugg thanks for the suggestion! Yeah when it comes to my roster, I don't have a lot of characters that are related to dendro.. My best build characters are c6 geo traveler, ningguang, diluc and xingqiu all three at c0 also I don't have any electro characters other than lisa.. So now that I'm thinking about it, I might have to skip her cuz I need a good anemo support and also a better electro dps than lisa but once I get better roster, I will go for nahida again when her 3rd rerun banner come..
I am so torn! I was hoping that Baizhu would come first so we'd have an idea of how he does with dendro support. I'd love to get better dendro battery/support for Alhaitham (current using dendro Lumine) and was hoping to keep my account as male only exclusive 5 stars, but we won't really how good he actually is until Nahida banner is over.

Nahida straight up unintentionally became my DPS.
I just stuck her together with kazuha, yelan, and mah GURL kuki(a team comp that I actually did NOT just copypasta from some youtuber for once), then drive nahida with sacfrag and just watch everything around me melt.
I didn't expect the little green badminton birdie to be taking up so much of my field time, but here we are.

Because that team just decimates everything it comes across, it's made the game an absolute joke to me. I just sleepwalk thru everything now. Which is unironically why I now main dehya. The challenge and investment I take on from using an intentionally handicapped character makes me have to actually engage with the game again and I genuinely have more fun because of it. But whenever I need to hit it and quit it really quick, I'll bust out the seed team.
I have basically this same approach to dehya now that I have more than enough “good” teams. It’s like a long term project to see how good I can make her without just whaling out on her first banner. We’ll see how much she can improve as new characters and mechanics come out, and it’s fun just to experiment.

Ive been playing Ganyu, Shenhe, Kokomi and Kazuha (in overworld and abyss) and you can kill stuff fast, but you need to freeze and not get hit because Ganyu charged shot gets interrupted. So you kill stuff but it is still fun in the overworld, at least for me.

Imagine I have kuki sitting in her arsenal and not knowing how great of a character she is
She legit changes things. I was so happy with her that I have C2, she's my only unit for which I pulled for constellations(well, I pulled for 2nd pillar for zhongli, cause it was pretty).
Her mark is amazing and, combined with Raiden's E, things melt immediately.
Also she reads the thoughts of almost everyone in Sumeru and they are voiced so even just as a naked lv1 she brings value to your account
New end game content also helps spice up combat :')

Nahida was my first five star. After getting yae and then raiden, she made things super easy
of course she is must pull, OP, broken, and make your account a lot easier
I think one thing that was changed and it wasn't mentioned is the unconditional hydro resonance buff for Hu Tao double hydro teams the team basically got an 8% DPS increase which is about equal to pulling homa it's damn crazy.
She's my DPS as well as my emotional support ^^

Spent $400+ for her and her weapon day 1. Lost 50/50 and maxed Fate points on weapon banner. Worth every penny because I also got R2 thundering pulse, turning me into a yoimiya main as well lol.
