Gemmy Hip Swinging Santa Disassembly

I got this Santa for $3 with the box at an antique shop. Unfortunately, he started glitching and now won't turn on. His board must have been starting to fry. I do have another Hip Swinging Santa though, so that's good!
If you're curious, I enjoy making these videos to show people what the internals of some Gemmy/animated items look like. I always wondered how certain items worked, and I feel that these videos help to show others how they (would have) worked.
