I know what you mean about parking lot camping. We've had more space overnighting in many Walmarts. So what you're paying for is the hook-ups. We weighed the difference between hauling a towed or renting as you have need and decided to tow, but I use a car trailer not a dolly. I've towed trailers for years so I knew what that involved.
