@@shaileshkumarsingh6866 practice these current asanas should help. practice for a week and tell me how you feel afterward. Practice them on an empty stomach and eat something light after performing yog.

Thank you so much for this video! I have started feeling a lot better since practicing these exercises. However, on the day I don’t practice this sequence, my nabhi dislocates and I experience digestion problems. Can you please advise a more permanent solution ? Thank you 😊
With the current video you can practice this one ua-cam.com/video/aOWnXlc9PhA/v-deo.html one practice for morning and one for evening and it will be more helpful. Practice continuously for 2 weeks to start seeing more permanent results 😊🙏
