I understand everyone have their own opinion but I think you can Google some of the stuff to make sure How ever there is nothing wrong with avocado oil ... at the end of the day too much of anything can be harmful ... my girl even water LOL 😂🤣😅i did recently heard that olive oil is not so great for cooking because it is too heavy ... I personally love canola oil over all because it is very light and a little goes along way !! I don't use vegetable oil at all ...but to each is own a so me see me fren !!!

Avocado, coconut, olive, and grapeseed are the best oils to use. They are all natural oils. Lentils, quinoa, and chickpeas are good sources of fiber.
Coconut and olive oils are not good to cook with actually. They are best if you add them after the food is already cooked. The other two are best for heat.
The weight lose & cleanse is doing you right. As someone else said, you seem well rested & less stressed. Plus your sister being there to help you clean & cook I’m sure contributes to your upbeat spirit. The new you is inspiring, keep it up 🎉

Goods when it comes on to eating it’s trial and error … proportion is important… but you are doing great…ever since my diagnosis with breast cancer in 2018 it’s been a struggle to remain consistent!

Crissy I am inspired. I started my journey late last year. I have lost 30lbs. Trying to do this slowly so that the weight stays off. I am a member of a gym but tend to do lots of walking on a daily basis. I have completely changed what I eat and cook meals from scratch. So far it’s working. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation 🥰

Both Avocado and Coconut oils are good they are good. In the earlier years scientists use to talk negative about Coconut oil because they wanted to promote Soybean oil.
They are sources of good fats. Everything should be done in moderation…balance

The pillows in the cream chair should be the same colour as the accent chair to make the chairs flow better
Grape seed, sesame oil, hempseed oil and avocado oil are very good. I only eat quinoa, couscous (no rice)chickpeas, black beans.
