Hi Crissy, I was inspired by your diet and tried the quinoa, only thing was I did it with pumpkin like pumpkin rice. I also did the curry chic peas and it was absolutely delicious!! I also noticed that after I ate I felt like I didn't eat but I was satisfied. I will be doing less rice and more quinoa moving forward.

I think it would be a good idea to hang the projector from the ceiling, so it comes down in front of the TV so all your entertainment is in one area so you can watch the TV or you pull down the projector it's all on one wall 😊
