Hevisaurus with their heavy metal for children is just more proof that Finland is the most metal country in the world with little over 700 metal bands per 1M citizens while e.g. the U.S. has less than 50. As a Finn I cannot give this one any less than 9,00/10.
Heh, saw them in 2019 Tuska heavy metal consert, really hilarious and pretty good music too. Lots of kids and metal fans in all ages singing (and knowing all the lyrics by heart 😁) together with the band was epic experience 🤗
Thanks for the reaction! The thing about Hevisaurus, it's not "rip money off parents with the concept of metal for kids". They put effort into their music and try to educate young ones about it, getting them used to the genre without the scary bits. My niece's favorite is Hevisaurus' "Viimeinen mammutti" (Last Mammoth), a ballad with lyrics that kids and adults read completely differently. A song that will tuck your kid in safely, while you are secretly shedding a tear. You unfortunately need to google for English translation, tho.
@@AmberandCharisseReact You probably won't, but it's fine. It's not the greatest reaction material, being in Finnish and all. It's just a shame because it's such an interesting and unique song in music: A melancholy ballad about loss that's written to suit very young kids. You don't see many like that. It's usually artificial happy, happy, joy, joy with kid's music. Hevisaurus respects the kids by letting them feel a wider range of emotions. Even safe sadness.
It all makes sense ....Marko Hietala won the mask singer Finland, and now we know why... he got lessons from straight Herra Hevisaurus. Never heard of this band...thank you...pretty cool concept. Great collaboration of shredders. 8.9
Translation is good. Not made by google translate ... Another collaboration song to check out is Tuska20 The Anniversary Song. A lot of same people as on this one.
..."Juranoid" is pretty good. Unfortunately most of their music videos do not have texts in English. They have great (funny and even touching) lyrics too 🤘🙂👍
well you have done also Sonata Arctica, Amorphis and Wintersun that have members also in this video, perhaps you could do something from Beast in Black? And also Bee from Amorphis, if you have not done that yet, it is just so goooood
@@AmberandCharisseReact Also you might like to check out this Tuska anniversery song (Tuska is festival in Finland) you will recognize also some folks from this one😉 ua-cam.com/video/nc8YSkGxsGA/v-deo.html&ab_channel=TuskaFestival

I have a recording of my daughter singing "taivas lyö tulta" when she was five somewhere around here...

Hevisaurus rules! 🤘
Heavy Metal people are evil, yeah right. That was the peoples opinion at one point. I haven't met nicer people. 🤘🏻

"Bee" from Amorphis is on our list!
@@AmberandCharisseReact I think that the live version I have heard is not good sound quality, so I recommend the official lyric video for that one
