So they don't like you converting from profile to page for promoting business, but you can open a new page to promote business? Ultimately they're both pages, what's the difference ?

As of today, this content and the link is not available on facebook.
I think FB has to now send you a notification that you’re eligible and you can either accept or deny the request.
