DDA is planning to sell these flats via the e-auction mode. DDA is no more working for public good. They will even move away with the restriction of existing property ownership in Delhi for the bidder to bid for these flats
and what's the problem here? Any govt company which worked for public good got sinked, example bsnl, airindia etc. Let govt companies focus on money and profit, indirectly it does public good only by generating jobs, capital and same people then who buy these will give jobs.

Nalah is passing through front of project adjoing wall where ews flat constructed
There is also a STP there. I think all AC/ fridge gas would leak due to that.

@@sahilpahwa7225 dda now don't launch for people benefit they are like any other builder. There will be no price difference usually they launch on premium I have experienced this when I was looking 2 bhk and they launch 16b and 19 sector flat.
