Point no 22.5 and 22.6 states that u have to retain the property for 15 years. The lock-in period is very long. Also please suggest as per the market rate is 2-2.19 cr of base price justified??
The 15 Years LOCK IN period is only for people applying with Handicapped Quota. People Applying UNDER EWS Category have LOCK IN PERIOD of 5 YAERS. Rest of the categories no LOCK IN PERIOD.

There are only two lifts for 102 houses in one block Which is very less and will create problem when there will be full occupancy. 2. EWS houses are not separated by any boundary with the HIG and super HIG flats so they will also merge with the ground meant for HIG n SUPER HIG n PENT HOUSES. 3.There is no nearby market for the people. 4. lot of Aeroplane noise is also felt all the time which is very annoying.

Sir, SUNDAY बाजार lagta hain SECTOR 14 ki iss Society ke samne 😂 orr surrounding is very bad .
Sir EWS flat ka plinth size sector 19 mai 50.043 square meter hai to delhi mai Gaj chalta hai uske according Carpet area kitna hoga EWS ka.

You mentioned that HIG flats are to be sold by e-auction, but in the list displayed the HIG flats are included. HIG flats ki sale shuru ho chuki hai?
Those HIG FLATS are not in DWARKA, They are in NARELA SECTOR A1-A4

Sab flats ki payment ke liye 2 months ka time hi standard hai. 1 month late fine ke sath bhi submit kar sakte hai.
Once you get allocated a flat, lets say in SHIG category. Then the owner will also have to pay the additional 5-6% amount for registry as well?
